We all make choices. Not just on a daily basis, but on an hourly and by the minute basis. Choices are constantly what we do, no matter how minute. Choices are something that we see more of in a day that anything else. Are choices define who we are, what we stand for. But our choices also determine what we will be. So, be conscious of your choices, especially the small ones. Because the small choices end up determining what you will do when you are faced with the tough choices. And, you have to make a choice. You CANNOT do nothing. Because that is also a choice, and doing nothing makes you move backwards.

Since we just celebrated Thanksgiving Day in the U.S., I feel it was appropriate to talk about being thankful and grateful for the blessings we have, and what benefits we will obtain from cultivating an attitude of gratitude.Being Thankful will allow us to become conscious of the blessings we have in our lives, and being Grateful will allow us to show appreciation for what we have. In turn, this will make people want to be around you more, as you will appreciate what you have in life, and you will inspire others with your love of what you have.You will gain greater joy in life as you practice gratitude, and will bring more joy yo others!You will improve your physical and mental health, and gain greater self-confidence as you learn to appreciate all you have received and are grateful for what life is.

I have been learning this week that patience is something that I really need. I am so impatient, mostly because I have to be in control and I hate waiting on someone or something I can't control. But, I have been learning this week as I strive to focus on what I can control, and remember that everything happens for me and not to me, I have bee able to take a step back and be happier and grateful for my struggles.

Habits dictate what we do on a daily basis. They dictate how we react you to what occurs throughout the day. They make up your entire being. Which is why they determine whether you will accomplish your goals or not. So, make the decision to create great habits!

Habits Create Your Future

With all the pain, hate, and ugliness we see in the world on a daily basis, I strongly felt the need to talk about something that will bring joy and happiness. Learning to love and serve other people. I know that loving other people and trying to serve them is what will bring this world back from the brink. We need to make them both our number one priority, no matter what.

Love and Service

This is an area that I strongly know and feel that we cannot compromise on. You cannot compromise on your goals and the commitments you make to yourself to reach them. I do get a little intense about this, and I hope this does not offend anyone. I just know that this is something that is absolutely vital that we all understand, and something I am working on myself. Do NOT compromise your goals!!! You only get one life, so live it to your fullest potential!!!!

No Excuses!!!

The subject of Hope has really been weighing on me the past few weeks. Especially as we see constant stories in the news and hear them from our friends and family of pain, sadness, and heartache. Life is painful and honestly does not get much easier, but I know that as we continue, holding fast to Hope, especially Hope in Jesus Christ, we will find the joy and peace that we all seek.
