At the end of the last episode both characters were swept down a swift river.  All week I pondered and thought, then created a real great and amazing follow up adventure!Then the day of the adventure came around and my oldest son said that HE wanted to be the DM - and that he only wanted me to stand by in case he needed me to roll the dice. I don't know what I was expecting, but he did a pretty good job of it.  Rules were fly by the seat of the pants and he did lots of roleplaying the NPCs.  It was fun to watch.To my horror, a lot of things happened in the game that I'll now have to contend with - such as Matthew getting a baby dragon! Episode 2 - "Of wolves and dragons"

This is our first podcast episode.  This is an actual play episodeMe and my two boys play the first part of a game of D&D.We're using the first edition of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (AD&D 1e) that was published in 1978.  I do screw up the rules quite a bit, but hey, that's D&D!Disclaimers:I'm a beginning DM and the story is completely free-form, so don't expect a majestic storyline - however it's AD&D1e and it's little kids who are playing it, so it's still cool.
