Kings of the Ring is fictional wrestling saga inspired by the real life stories of the 1980's, presented like a cable TV drama or a soap opera. Previously on Kings of the Ring, In an effort to become more mainstream, Julian Cain had the EWF wrestlers record a rap record to help battle starvation in Africa, Apollo Sampson made an immediate impact for All-South off Criss Stanley’s suggestion, and has been filling the void left by Burt Ironside’s son Michael Angel, and Leroy Brown injured his already hurt knee in a match. After revealing to Charlie Gotch he wanted to retire, Buddy Melrose was promptly fired despite 30 years of friendship. Jimmy Buck had his first in-ring confrontation with a wrestler when Jesse James saved a woman for a post-match attack from Buck. In the dressing room, Jimmy tipped off Vladimir Rykoff about a movie opportunity for the newest Rocky movie. After finding out Michael Angel was gay after Empire-Mania, Julian Cain scrapped any plans of Angel taking Thor’s spot as the face of the EWF, and Beau Riggs was moved into a mid-card program in Southeast Championship Wrestling with Beautiful Barry Lovelace and Miss Kitty by Booker, Jesse James. Episode 8 "Crazy Nights" (Season Two)

Previously on Kings of the Ring, Thor Hansen visited old friend and former mentor Buddy Melrose at the hospital before being interrupted by Nelly Gotch. Krusher Krawcyk smacked ABC reporter Michael Sluck last year, and Sluck declared war on Krusher and the wrestling business. Leroy Brown tweaked his knee, and Hercules Harris has been having a hard time adjusting to his new handpicked gimmick form Julian Cain as Mbutu Zulu. After being exposed as a fraud, Raphael Angel fled All-South for  Heartland Pro-wrestling hoping for a second chance at becoming a star in America. Jimmy Buck proposed to Jesse James the idea of becoming a wrestler for SCW to get both of them publicity, by wrestling women. Thor Hansen was on the Eddie Carr show promoting his motion picture debut in co-starring role on Rambo, while headlining across the country with Killian Kavanagh. Jesse James asked the Southern Rebels to postpone their return to All-South Wrestling to help the Carolina Wrestling Association in his quest to build a Territory that can compete with Julian Cain’s Empire. Thank you for your support! ***** It's "Meat Unleashed"! as the draft is done and we see the boys make their debuts nationwide throughout the World Wrestling Alliance! + 2 Deleted Scenes! Previously on Kings of the Ring, Every Territory in the World Wrestling Alliance suffered major hits over a year ago when Michael Angel, Leroy Brown, Corporal Punishment, Killian Kavanagh, and several others all no-showed Alliance events and followed Thor Hanson to Julian Cain’s Empire. Following a potentially fatal backstage fight, AMW’s North American champion Goliath went back to Japan and destroyed the belt, forcing Charlie Gotch to fire him and vacate the title.  Meanwhile the other half of their 1984 headlining feud, Buddy Melrose retired from the ring, after suffering a cardiac arrest in a match with Goliath. Charlie did not take the decision well, and fired and disowned his long-time best friend and ally. Julian Cain fired EWF’s official “patriot” Corporal Punishment after he inadvertently pissed off Julian by securing a high-profile toy and cartoon deal with Hasbro that was not brokered by the Empire. At Empire-Mania, Madonna’s manager, Rob D’Zima told "Diamond" Donny Gold he’d been selected to be Madonna’s boytoy for the evening, until his match ran long postponing her live performance and causing her to be booed. After the awful publicity and reputation dogging the wrestling industry from the ABC News Exposed report, Julian concocted a plan for a project to provide the distraction they needed to distinguish themselves from the rest of the industry. Jimmy Buck’s initial angle of wrestling women has been getting over, and they’ve taken that angle on the road at house shows throughout the Southeast, where all the SCW acts are really starting to catch on. To get them out of the corner they painted themselves into last year, Peyton Thomas and Burt Ironside made “Pretty Boy” Willie Dean their champion in All-South Wrestling, who has ended up holding onto that title ever since, as there hasn’t been anyone else for that spot. The guys from the Meat Machine were drafted by the heads of the Alliance, and split off to various parts of the country, after being trained by Prince Abdullah Akbar, but not before vowing to always be friends no matter where their careers took them, and to always be the Meat Machine! While no one has taken any real action since despite attendance possibly being hurt by the controversy, Julian is considering just going with it, and owning it. Jimmy Buck’s wrestling debut on WVBS taking on a woman, was a big hit that got him instant heat with the fans. Thor Hansen filmed his first movie, a major co-starring role beside Sylvester Stallone in Rambo! After Corporal Punishment revealed he got himself a dream deal with Hasbro Toys, Julian Cain fired him, and Hercules Harris wasn’t pleased to hear Julian’s idea to abandon his career-long Hercules gimmick to be a generic racist stereotype of an African. After Prince Abdullah refused to shoot on Thor Hansen, despite Charlie Gotch promising citizenship for his family trapped in Iran, through his government connections, Abby was disgraced and blackballed from the Alliance by Gotch, and fired by Julian Cain. The Prince stumbled on seven musclebound bouncers from a bar in Oshkosh, and had the idea to train them to be wrestlers, as his ticket back into the business. The entire wrestling world experiences the PR damage from the ABC News Exposed report on wrestling.  While SCW strategy is to amp it up in the ring by making the matches more realistic than ever, to the point of hurting each other, Julian Cain still searches for a proper counter, as hyper-realism would never be an option for the EWF, all while trying to figure out what to do with Hercules Harris.  And while the wrestling world deals with that Krusher Krawcyk is dealing with something much worse as he’s being sued for $2 million dollars for striking Michael Sluck during that report. "Hollywood" Buddy Melrose is on the mend, while juggling such visitors as Thor Hansen and the Gotch family, and Criss Stanley struggles to learn how to wrestle, while being the punching bag for the Meat Machine. Corporal Punishment gets the offer of a lifetime from the Hasbro toy company, while Bobby Lee Rivers and Davey Boy Givens continue to develop as a team and as friends as an interesting new act for Southeast Championship Wrestling, which also saw Jimmy Buck make his WVBS debut promising to wrestle his very first match, against a mystery opponent. And finally Charlie Gotch called old friend and World Japan Wrestling owner Mikasa to tell him Goliath was stripped of the AMW title and he needed to return the belt.  Goliath gathered with his harem of Japanese beauties and prepared to do just that. After failing as a fake Angel Brother, Raphael Angel was fired from All-South Wrestling by Burt Ironside, and the bomb was dropped, as ABC News Exposed, featured a full-blown expose on pro-wrestling being fake, that the entire country watched on TV. In his efforts to combat Julian while building up the hottest pound for pound territory in the country, Jesse has been looking to add fresh outside talent. Not only bringing Donny back, but traveling the country to find wrestlers in the most unusual of places. Vanilla mid-carder David Givens was paired up with Bobby Rivers, a guy who’s been out of the business for a year after getting beat up in a barfight in front of wrestling fans. They were sent to the flea market to buy bandanas for some kind of a rock’n’roll gimmick Jesse concocted.   Two guys very unsure this’ll work, but too desperate at this stage to object. Empire-Mania finished off 1984 as the biggest and most successful show in wrestling history, which brought more attention to the sport than ever before. Including unwanted attention in the form of a consumer reporter for ABC, who started putting together a major story, to take wrestling down. And while the heads of the world wrestling alliance will always bicker and squabble, they are more unified than ever in dealing with THE common threat of threats in Julian Cain’s EWF and his war against all of them, and how to stop him. And so it comes to this.  A year ago Jonathan Cain died, and Julian Cain declared war on the World Wrestling Alliance to make the Empire, the one and only wrestling company in America.  He raided the Alliance of their top guys and even tried to take the World title belt.  The Alliance reeled and struggled to understand and accept what happened, and had varying levels of success in their attempts to survive and respond to the loss of their biggest stars, while Julian dealt with his obstacles in creating his dream company.  But in the end came a bombshell from the most unlikeliest of sources, Julian’s #2 and #3 guys.  The Greek and the Roman.  An insider takeover plot from Sal Spinelli that forced Julian to put all his eggs in one basket and create Empire-Mania the biggest wrestling show of all time.  But when the pennies were counted, it wasn’t enough, and Sal Spinelli will take over Jonathan Cain’s company that Julian turned into a powerhouse.  We now present to you, the final episode of the Kings of the Ring ... Tommy Aloha worries he’s being buried by Booker Jesse James after losing the biggest match of his career and being split up with his long-time partner Hercules Harris, to set up CWA’s Thanksgiving supercard, the Battle of the Starrs. The main event of which features visiting Dan Sanders, who continues his free agent tour of the Alliance since departing the Empire after a 10-year run. After seeing top stars Michael Angel and Leroy Brown jump to the Empire, and firing other promising young talents, Burt Ironside feels the pinch of his personnel decisions in 1984 with crowds down across the board, while Charlie Gotch’s resurgence since bringing in Goliath for a championship run continues, despite the toll its taking on his son Nelly.  In a desperate attempt to preserve his territory, Krusher Krawcyk threatened Julian Cain at gunpoint  to stay out of the Heartland. As everything builds towards Julian Cain’s celebrity-centric wrestling show, Empire Mania, whose main event featuring Sylvester Stallone, Diamond Donny Gold was bumped out of and replaced by Killian Kavanagh. Episode 18 "Thanksgiving-The Biggest Night in Wrestling"

Previously on Kings of the Ring, Diamond Donny Gold ran a major angle on MTV to set-up the Empire-Mania match with Sylvester Stallone, although partner Killian Kavanagh’s botch may have screwed things up.  Empire newcomers Corporal Punishment, Michael Angel, and Leroy Brown, along with Empire vet Tarzan Kid continue to struggle sharing second fiddle status to champion Thor Hanson. Julian Cain orchestrated a buyout of SCW from Nigel Davies, Les Henderson, and Bob Walker to secure the cable TV slot on WVBS on Saturdays at 605.  And Krusher Krawcyk sat at home and watched Empire announce their debut show in Krusher’s backyard, St. Louis, and had the answers in the form of 48 oz of cold blue steel… Today’s episode features the guest voice talents of Cyrus Fees and LA Smooth and would be rated MA for profanity and sexual dialogue.

Episode 17 "Man with a Gun"

KingsOTR.com/Store Previously on Kings of the Ring, Criss Stanley was brutally honest with Dan Sanders but he ended up winning him over.  After Krusher Krawcyk’s miscalculation since taking over Heartland resulted in them losing their cable TV slot on the America Channel to the Empire, the city of St. Louis is targeted by Julian Cain as the next Chicago-level coup.  While they prepare to headline a sold out Greensboro show and the first ever Closed Circuit event in wrestling history, Tommy Aloha is worried about his long-term future with Jesse James as Booker. After the angle was shot to build Thor Hanson vs “Diamond” Donny Gold for MTV, Julian Cain switched it to Thor vs. Tama the Wild Beast.  “Hollywood” Buddy Melrose’s months-long babyface experiment ended as he turned heel to make way for the debut of the enormously popular Goliath in Charlie Gotch’s AMW.  And finally, after firing Louie the Greek and Sal Spinelli, Julian Cain began a new profit-driven directive for the EWF culminating in the creation of Empire-Mania, an ­­end of the year blowoff designed to be the biggest wrestling show in history, headlined by Thor Hanson vs. "Diamond" Donny Gold.
