Topher’s Lingo Assist - “practice squad” Justin or Jerk - Justin Bieber got arrested in Canada after crashing his ATV into a minivan driven by paparazzi and now faces charges of dangerous driving and assault.  Bieber was taken into custody Friday afternoon in Perth County, Ontario. Police say there was a physical altercation between Justin and a paparazzo in the minivan after they had the collision.  Justin was photographed riding the ATV with Selena Gomez Friday in Ontario near his father's home.  Police say Justin was released and will have to appear in court later this month.  He could have a bigger problem on his hands though -- Justin is on probation for 2 years after the egging case in L.A. So, it's possible this arrest could trigger a violation. Wedding of the Week - Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union, Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlburg or Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross? Sports Drama  - Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay just pled guilty to one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated ... stemming from a March arrest. 55-year-old Irsay appeared in court Tuesday morning in Indianapolis -- where he was sentenced to 1 year probation and will be subjected to court-ordered drug tests. The NFL has dropped the hammer on Irsay, suspending him six games and fining him $500,000 -- the maximum dollar amount permitted for violating the league's personal conduct policy. Manny Pacquiao is following 50 Cent and Nelly's lead -- bashing Floyd Mayweather for his apparent lack of formal education.  Manny was doing an interview with NJ.com when he started going off on the boxing champ.  "I think I finally understand him ... what he says ... how he acts ... and I don’t like it.”  "But what l learned and heard from him, well, I realize why he is like that. I understand sometimes when the people are not educated they just talk to talk. He sets a very bad example."   Mayweather's erudition has been under attack lately -- with 50 claiming the fighter can't read and Nelly trashing him for allegedly failing to graduate high school.  Floyd has been mostly silent about the attacks -- but his father went off on his behalf ... calling 50 (and everyone else ripping his son's education) as "player haters." Topher’s Lingo Assist - “Sarkisian” Justin or Jerk - Justin Bieber is under investigation for attempted robbery -- for lunging at a fan at an arcade and sports bar, attempting to get the guy's cell phone.  Justin and Selena Gomez were at Dave & Buster's Monday night when a fan started taking cell phone pics and video of the two. Law enforcement sources say ... Justin lunged at the guy ... in an attempt to take his cell phone and presumably erase the pics and video.  Justin's security held him back and he never made contact with the fan.  Police were called but before they arrived Justin booked it out of there.  Law enforcement sources say the fan wants to press charges and Justin is being investigated ... and the possible crimes are attempted battery, attempted theft (stealing the pics) and attempted robbery (grabbing the camera in an attempt to permanently deprive the fan of the pics and video).  Justin could be in big trouble, because he's on probation in the egging case and violating the law could trigger a probation violation which could land him in jail. Fancy Fella’ of the Week - Nick Young AKA Swaggy P with Iggy at the VMA’s Sports Drama  - Former NFL superstar Albert Haynesworth dumped a bucket of ice cold water on a transient who posted up in front of his burger joint ... after the guy allegedly harassed several female patrons.  Haynesworth -- who famously signed a $100 million contract with the Redskins in 2009 -- now owns the BurgerFi restaurant in Knoxville, TN. Haynesworth noticed a homeless man set up camp in restaurant's underground parking garage and called police to escort him off the property, but the guy came back and began harassing Haynesworth's patrons.  "He swung at some girls.The guy was running off customers."  So Albert decided to take matters into his own hands -- "I gave him the ice bucket challenge!"  Albert says he took a bucket of water from the ice cream machine and doused the guy ... hoping it would send a message that he wasn't welcome on the property.  "I don't usually care [about homeless people on the property] as long as they don't mess with people and sometimes we’ll make them food when they come up to the front and give out forks and napkins to the customers." She already swam from Cuba to Florida ... and now super athlete Diana Nyad tells has a brand new goal -- she wants to pull a Forrest Gump and trek across the USA by foot!!  Nyad was out in L.A. on Monday where she's getting ready to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of her historic swim -- when she told us all about her big plans. "I just decided ... two years from now, I'm going to walk across America ... and get 1 million people to do it with me!"  And what's her motivation? Sports Drama  - The stepfather of Argentinian soccer player Carlos Tevez has been found -- and is in "good shape" -- after he was kidnapped in Tevez's home country ... with reports saying Carlos paid a ransom to get him back.  A lawyer for Carlos' family told media outlets in Argentina that the soccer player's stepfather was kidnapped early Tuesday and was held for 8 hours before he was returned. According to the BBC, Tevez's stepfather was driving his car about 19 miles outside of Buenos Aires when he was abducted by a group of men. There are reports out of Argentina that Carlos paid a ransom to get his stepfather back --  with some media outlets saying it was as low as $5k and as high as $400k -- but Carlos' lawyer has not confirmed if the reports are true. Carlos -- who plays for the Italian club team Juventus -- has been granted time off to be with his family in the wake of the incident. Arizona Cardinals linebacker John Abraham was arrested for DUI in Georgia. Wong says he was sitting behind the Blackhawks bench heckling Crawford  who allegedly whipped out a water bottle and blasted him right in the face. Wong says he believes the bottle was filled with backwash -- along with water -- and it has caused serious irritation to his eyes. Wong says he's going to a doctor to get his eyes checked. LAPD Media Relations spokesperson Sally Madera who tells us, "A battery report was taken and the incident is under investigation." Tuesday night 50 Cent may have thrown out the worst first pitch in MLB history. Shelly Sterling will accept offers this week to buy the Los Angeles Clippers  ... and a frontrunner is a group led by former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer Shelly met with Ballmer Sunday at her Malibu home, and our sources say his group made "a very competitive offer."   Shelly and her lawyer Pierce O'Donnell have put the word out ... they'd like to make a deal THIS WEEK. We're told there are several other potential buyers in which Shelly is interested, including: -- Grant Hill Group (Hill is a former NBA star who teamed up with investment partners) -- Magic Johnson and the Guggenheim Partners (a financial company based in Chicago) -- Patrick Soon-Shiong (surgeon turned multi-billionaire businessman) -- David Geffen and Larry Ellison Our sources say Oprah Winfrey is no longer in the running. He doesn’t do anything.” On Johnson's charitable contributions: “I spent millions on giving away and helping minorities. That’s one problem I have. Jews, when they get successful, they will help their people -- and some of the African-Americans, maybe I’ll get in trouble again, they don’t want to help anybody.” On whether or not he’s made similar remarks on other tapes: “I don’t know what [Stiviano] baited me to say.” When Cooper asked Sterling about former Clippers GM Elgin Baylor’s comments that Sterling had a “plantation mentality,” Sterling accused Cooper of being a racist: “I think you have more of a plantation mentality than I do, and I think you’re more of a racist than I am.” Donald Sterling has finally found a lawyer who will take his case ... and has fired off a letter to the NBA refusing to pay the $2.5 million fine and threatening to sue. Sterling has hired prominent antitrust litigator Maxwell Blecher, reportsSI.com, who has already sent the NBA a letter saying Sterling has done nothing wrong and that "no punishment is warranted." The report says the letter goes on to say that Sterling will not pay the $2.5 million fine the league levied on him, which is already past due. Sterling's lawyer, the report claims, says the embattled Los Angeles Clippers owner has not violated any article of the NBA constitution and argues that Sterling's "due process rights" have been violated by the NBA. It's the kinda thing that blew up in Dennis Rodman's face -- but WWE Hall of Famer Tony Atlas is throwing his name in the ring for a new wrestling gig ... in North Korea.The event -- announced Monday -- will be held August in Pyongyang, and although the lineup hasn't been revealed ... Atlas says he'd proudly lace up his boots for a match ... even though he's 70 YEARS OLD!  Tony, aka Mr. USA, sees it as his patriotic duty, telling us ..."If Mr. USA wins his match, the people of North Korea will have freedom from oppression ... and Mr. USA always fights for freedom and righteousness."  We doubt Kim Jong-un sees it that way.     CONTACT US! All you really need is shoes… and maybe shorts. Topher’s Lingo Assist - “flagrant foul” The Nerd Quiz Shoulda-woulda-coulda Bieber Beater of the week - Keyshawn Johnson arrested for domestic violence after grabbing his girlfriend’s phone and smashing it to the ground Sports Drama  - University of New Mexico running back Crusoe Gongbay has been arrested on suspicion of rape in Albuquerque. Gongbay -- who's battling for the starting Running Back job next season -- is accused of sexually assaulting a UNM student on April 13th. She claims 2 other men may have also been involved. Investigators say the accuser underwent evaluation from the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Unit -- and the evidence was sent to the state crime lab for processing and the results from the crime lab are not back yet. UNM head coach Bob Davie issued a statement saying Gongbay has been suspended from the UNM football team "due to the obvious serious nature of these charges." Delino DeShields Jr. -- the minor leaguer who became an Internet sensation after being hit in the face with a 90mph fastball says he's well on the road to recovery thanks to a strict liquid diet. Little backstory -- DeShields Jr, son of former MLB stud Delino DeShields, suffered a broken left cheek bone while playing for the Houston Astros Double-A team on Friday night. Apparently, he’s only drinking muscle milk and he’s regaining feeling in his face. He says that heI could've played the day after, but his team is being extra cautious. It will be a couple of weeks. For the first time in 31 years, an American won the Boston Marathon.  San Diego native just destroyed the competition at the Boston Marathon -- becoming the first man from the U.S. of A. to win the race since 1983.  Meb Keflezighi, 38, crossed the finish line with an unofficial time of 2:08:37.  In 2009, Keflezighi won the New York City Marathon ... and became the first American to win that since 1982.  Kenyan Rita Jeptoo snagged the win in the women's division with a time of 2:18:57 -- a course record. Pop Inspiration Athlete of the week - George Brett meets Lorde after inspiring “Royals” Sports Drama  - Two college football stars -- both expected to be selected in the upcoming NFL Draft -- are wanted for questioning by the NYPD in connection to an alleged attack at an NYC nightclub. Officials have confirmed ... 22-year-old Victor Hampton and 22-year-old Kelcy Quarles are "wanted for questioning at the very least" regarding an incident at Greenhouse nightclub on April 11.  Both players were standouts at the University of South Carolina and have been projected to be 2nd or 3rd round draft picks. As for the incident, sources say there was a fight in the VIP section of the club involving a club promoter -- who was allegedly attacked by 3 men and suffered "extensive facial injuries."  So far, no arrests have been made and the NYPD tells us the investigation is ongoing. Aldon Smith's bomb arrest in L.A. could cost him in his felony gun case in Northern California . Back in 2013 Smith was charged with illegal possession of an assault weapon. Smith has already pled not guilty to the charge. Now, officials tell us Smith's arrest in L.A. for allegedly making false bomb threats at LAX this weekend could impact that case. If Smith is charged with a crime in L.A., prosecutors in Santa Clara could move to significantly increase Smith's bail based on him being a danger to society.  His bail is currently set at $50k.  Smith is facing up to 4 years and 4 months in county jail if convicted of the gun charge. Aaron Hernandez is being investigated for allegedly threatening to shoot and kill a guard at Bristol County Jail late last year.  Investigators recently met with an ex-inmate who was locked up near Hernandez at BCJ to discuss a 2013 incident between the former New England Patriots tight end and a correctional officer. During the questioning ... investigators asked if Hernandez had threatened to kill the guard -- who blew the whistle on Aaron when he was trying to deviously score extra food inside the joint. This week, Thiago Silva pulls a gun on his wife, Manny Pacquiáo eats a baby duck and Kristen gets caught in a snow storm.

It's the battle of the century.  Justin Beiber was caught drag racing while high as a kite and Kristen has no defence.  Justin is definitely an awful person.  Also, Topher is in Alabama and they are ALMOST on the same time zone.  

It's been a month, but we're back!  In this episode, Kristen and Topher weep over the Iron Bowl, Super Man is discussed in great detail and we find out about a great potential new coach.

This week, Topher makes a plea to people living near Nick Saban's wife, Kristen explains fantasy football, and Justin Beiber is a man whore.
