Este fin de semana, fuimos al camping y aprendimos sobre el asado... In Mar de las Pampas, just north of Mar del Plata in Argentina we found a string of pleasant beaches with a relaxed atmosphere where we spent the weekend camping.  Everyone else at the campside was cooking on the "parilla" or "asado" (barbeque) so we asked one of our fellow campers (Miguel - muchas gracias!) to teach us about
