Happy Thanksgiving. In the spirit of the holiday, I thought I'd share my story about what it was like in my alcoholism and addiction, what happened and what it's like today. It's been 12 and a half years since I've taken a drink or a drug and I thank God every day that I am sober. Erik and Linda are here with me holding my hand through this. This was scary for me. I didn't prepare a thing. I just decided what was meant to come out would come out. I hope this helps, even if it's just one person, it was worth it. Thank you for listeneing.

Ok. Watch out. This episode was so fun to record. We had a blast but it's a little racy. This episode is crazy from start to finish. It starts off with me showing Erik and Linda some cool stuff I bought at Trader Joes today. Then, Linda and Erik give me a "what's in the cup" taste test. It wasn't very nice! haha. Blech! Then Linda pulls out a handful of fun and weird beauty hacks, including the butt mask which I tried. That's when Erik's husband comes walking in.
