Your best health in 2021- On this episode we are tackling 4 ways that you can improve your overall health & wellness in 2021. 1. Affirmations. Daily affirmations can significantly improve your daily production, your mood, and your overall mental health. 2. Move your body. Stretch at least 5-10 minutes each morning and try to get in a 30-45 movement/exercise throughout the day. 3. Remove toxic people! This one is hard but so worth it. Identify the toxic people, stand firm and take action to distance yourself from them, move forward in confidence and peace. 4. Eat for health. If they aren’t, you create a celebration! Not working?
