Jury Duty

We prove that we can do certain types of stir frying, and definitely not others. Will we ever agree on whether there are any merits to the 12 inch skillet over the wok? (No.) Plus, Margaret made her Twitter bearable again, and Mike is enjoying some old-timey British humor.

Margaret tells what all research studies are like.... ok, n=1. Plus, Mike disapproves of other people's fabulous, and wants everyone to know that summer fruit is good.

We come back from a long hiatus due to laziness and travel. We talk about our trip to New Orleans, and Margaret only spends half the time talking about economic injustice and the legacy of slavery. Plus, Mike finds an article that is pretty infuriating, and Margaret has put Twitter in Siberia.

It's finally come to this. Mike has specific questions about Excel and Margaret attempts to explain. But really, she just talks about the flight simulator hidden inside Excel 97. And Sim City, somehow. Plus, Mike only thinks about ahistorical dinosaurs, and Margaret absconded to read.

In between the many tangents, we learn that for something they supposedly do every day, Margaret and Mike really have no idea what they are talking about. Plus, Twitter might be getting better, there's another stupid "what do you see/hear?" thing going around, and Mike is watching Deep Space Nine... again.

What should people be able to control about their lives on the internet? Margaret has some thoughts. Mike provides some examples. Everything on this episode converges except for Margaret's latest reading habits. Those... are something else.
