UTTERLY HOPELESS UPSIDE DOWN WORLD? F E A R   IS   A   L I A R !   HOPE IS A FORTRESS!   Mary Lindow   DO YOU FEEL AS IF THINGS ARE UTTERLY HOPELESS AND COMPLETELY UPSIDE DOWN RIGHT NOW? Maybe you have you been in that scary place before. Most people, if they are being transparent and honest will admit to times of experiencing hopelessness and feeling alone and afraid.   Friend. You aren’t without hope, You aren’t hopeless, But you ARE helpless!   God has allowed this time and position of helplessness and complete dependency on Him, and you are helpless to help yourself.   We struggle to gain back some measure of control over our lives when this pressure is upon us, but our personal pride (that we didn’t even know that we had) is being crushed, and the only thing for us to do is to surrender!   NOW YOU MAY FEEL HOPELESS, BUT REALLY… …IT’S THE CONDITION OF HELPLESSNESS THAT IS CAUSING YOU PAIN. God wants you completely dependent on Him, and He will keep you a “prisoner of hope” until you are.   OH HOW WEARY YOU ARE OF THE AWFUL REFINER’S FLAME AND THAT SEEMINGLY ENDLESS TWEAKING OF YOUR ATTITUDE! “Okay, God, you can stop now!" you scream. But He doesn't stop.   You're caught in a prison of hope and He will not let you out until He is finished with what He began in you.   There are times during the process of pursuing heartfelt dreams and callings in life that you might feel that your "hope" seems to have been locked up in a prison. You can't seem to make your dreams come true, and yet, you find it impossible to stop believing in them!   YOU CAN'T GO FORWARD ANY FASTER THAN GOD WILL LET YOU, and yet, you sure don't want to return to where you once were before you were overshadowed and given a "life vision" with a promise from God!   GOD JUST WILL NOT LET YOU GIVE UP! During this time you might feel like saying, "Okay God, this is enough! I don't want to hope anymore! I am tired of being like an egg in an incubator with this promise! I want out of this prison of hope!"   IT'S DURING THIS TIME THAT YOUR DREAMS FEEL SO VERY REAL TO YOU, YET TO OTHERS THEY DON'T! There is a big conflict between what you discern in the Spirit and what appears to be moving so slowly in the natural, and that grates at our souls! We feel like we are on a Ferris wheel. You have your “up times” when you can see your dream's fulfillment far into the future, but you also have your “down times” when you can't see anything and everything seems to have crashed into a messy heap.   YOU THINK TO YOURSELF, “AM I CRAZY TO THINK THAT GOD COULD USE ME? NOW? IN THIS TIME?" The enemy comes in like a rushing flood and you begin to doubt, causing anguish to your soul.   THIS IS THE TIME WHEN GOD IS DOING HIS GREATEST WORK IN YOU! This is when the refining process REALLY hurts, because He is getting down to the very core of your soul, to the deep regions of your heart.   HE IS DEVELOPING THINGS IN YOU THAT YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT YOU LACKED. THINGS THAT YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT YOU NEEDED.   You think, "Okey Dokey God, this is deep enough!" But, every builder knows you must dig down deep to lay a proper foundation first, before you start to build upward. And the greater the height of the structure, the deeper the foundation must be.   YOUR FORTRESS OR PLACE OF REFUGE IS TRUSTING IN A LOVING GOD. Trusting Him in spite of all the reasoning of your mind, in spite of the circumstances that surround you.   YOU WERE CONTENT TO GIVE GOD CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE UNTIL HE DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR LIFE, YOU DIDN’T LIKE. You were happy to surrender all to Him, until He decided to give your promotion to someone else.   You believe in His sovereignty, until His sovereign will conflicts with, your will. Then you are sure He has made a mistake!   You want to run from Him, but He is your refuge. How do you run from your refuge? How do you run from the only one who really loves you or understands you? The answer is . . . you don't.   SO, RETURN, MY FRIEND, TO YOUR FORTRESS, AND REMAIN A PRISONER UNTIL HE IS DONE WITH YOU - UNTIL HE DECIDES THAT YOU ARE READY FOR ALL THAT HE HAS FOR YOU.   Zechariah 9:12 says, “Return to your fortress! Yes! You prisoners who have hope! The Lord is revealing a sound in the earth coming from the hearts and deep cries of so many of His people right now.  Perhaps it might even be yours as you read. There is a cry of hunger for His sure, safe presence in difficult times and in changing times.   A NEED FOR “QUIET” The world and it's voices of influence, humanistic subtleties, and constant technology and it's sounds bring about an overload of weariness to all people, and there is a greater need for a place of rest for the warriors of truth who are very aware of the pressures that have not stopped mounting for many years now.   THERE IS MUCH TREACHERY OCCURRING IN THE EVIL PLANS OF DARKNESS AND THE PEOPLE HELD CAPTIVE BY IT THESE DAYS! It can bring a real sense of despair, broken-heartedness and shock when you encounter this type of thing and when it attempts to destroy your hope and confidence in what the Lord Jesus has set you apart for to express in His Power and in His name.   WHY OH WHY ALL THE DELAYS? I don't know fully why it seems as if good people who are sincere and pure hearted seem to go through more persecution and repeated difficulty than those who seem to be the ones perpetuating the majority of it!!    SO MANY RIGHT NOW ARE NEARLY AT THEIR WITS END WAITING FOR GOD TO RELIEVE THEM OF SORROW, DISILLUSIONMENT AND BATTLE FATIGUE!   “My soul faints with longing for your rescue, But I have put my hope in your word.” Psalm 119:81   FEAR NOT! THE ENCOURAGER HEARS YOU! “You hear, O LORD, the desire of the afflicted; You encourage them, and you listen to their cry.” Psalm 10:17   WHAT IS THIS VERSE SAYING TO YOU AND I RIGHT NOW? It is saying that the Lord Himself will encourage us! That is why we must continue to fight for that place of Divine “refuge!”   That “get away from it all” place of craving and longing for His comfort. He knows our hurt, our loneliness, our scorched and heart torn issues! He understands how agonizing and bled out we can get when it seems as if battle after battle we begin to wonder if something might be wrong with us!   “Hope delayed makes the heart sick, But when dreams come true, there is life and joy.” Proverbs 13:12 (NAT)   NOTHING CAN SATISFY DRY LIPS LIKE WATER! We are in a time where no persons opinions, no one’s books, no one’s TV shows are going to satisfy that craving, that need for a thirst quenching drink of companionship with God. We long to hear words from someone that tell us everything is going to be all right! That our children will be safe, our homes protected, our basic needs provided! And yet! Nothing “out there” satisfies us fully!    YOU SEE DEAR BELOVED ONE…  …The season of great hunger for the simple walk with Jesus has blossomed! Only time spent with him like a dear, dear friend will fill the gaping ache you have.  He will speak, He will comfort and He will show you what is true and what is false in the days ahead if you will return to that PLACE of companionship with Him. Away from the opinions of men and the noise of this life.    “Every word you give me is a miracle word-how could I help but obey? Break open your words, let the light shine out, and let ordinary people see the meaning. Mouth open and panting, I wanted your commands more than anything. Turn my way, look kindly on me, as you always do to those who personally love you.” Psalm 119:129-131 (The Message)   ~ A PROPHETIC WHISPER TO YOUR HEART FROM THE SAVIOR ~ “ To know of my ways, you must know ME! ”He Will Speak - He Will Comfort And He Will Show You What Is True” - Why Are There So Many Delays? - Prophetic Encouragement

God tells you and I at this time to put HIM between yourself and the enemies!     By Mary Lindow  - Through The Holy Spirit   The Father in heaven has an exclusive responsibility towards His people and He cries out to them through the Holy Spirit,  that just as he moved on behalf of Asa and his men when surrounded by a vast army and 300 chariots, so will He move again on behalf of those who are obedient to His voice and commands.   He tells you and I at this time to put HIM between yourself and the enemy.   When Asa realized his lack of strength, THEN he saw Jehovah God crush the Cushites. They were “Crushed before the Lord and their foes.” -2 Chronicles 14:13   Then Asa called to the LORD his God and said, "LORD, there is no one besides You to help in the battle between the powerful and those who have no strength; so help us, O LORD our God, for we trust in You, and in Your name have come against this multitude. O LORD, You are our God; let not man prevail against You! " -2 Chronicles 14:11     THE “BUGLE” TO BE “FRUGAL”  There will be several “invented” crisis settings in the next months that will cause many to choose to hoard and stockpile for themselves. They will be quickly exposed as moneymaking schemes and a tool to inflate prices. On the other side of this there will be those who have very little with which to live and eat due to job losses and cutbacks. Those around them, if not filled with the fruits of Grace and Mercy, will become indifferent to the cry of their needs, for there will be many.    “Share your food with the hungry and give shelter to the homeless. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help.” -Isaiah 58:7    The Lord would have me share that He is indeed watching to see if the heart of the Apostolic move of God can again be modeled as when the people brought what they had to trusted and integral teams of leaders, (Like In the Book Of Acts, it was Peter) who then distributed with prayer and wisdom to all, and none had any lack. We are at a time where the Body of Christ must share resources willingly, and fairly and we are not to justify personal restraints that we think should apply to others, but not to ourselves. The hoarding of resources is a clear indicator of greed.   HERE IS A SCRIPTURAL MEASURING STICK OR PLUMBLINE TO USE TO OBSERVE THE TRUE APOSTOLIC HEART AND LEADER.    They share freely and give generously to those in need. Their good deeds will be remembered forever. They will have influence and honor.  Psalm 112:9   Before I move into Delivering  the Prophetic Words and Insights that the Lord has impressed me with for the  United Kingdom - Ireland – France Germany and  Canada I would like to share the brief but potent following thoughts and soul stirring words came from Reverend Linda Brown in Perth, Australia while she was   partaking in a Kingdom Community Zoom Session. They resonate with truth and prophetic depth.   “Revelation or Decimation?” Will we operate from The Spirit of Revelation in the coming days to ensure the Kingdom of God is able to operate fully as God intends in the years that lie ahead? Or will we see the church grow weaker because of our lack of foresight and action? This is a challenge for us all as Apostolic/Prophetic people.   Meaning of decimation :  -a drastic reduction in the strength or effectiveness of something." I honor those insights and believe they are words for the Holy Spirit to leaders at this time.   PROPHETIC WORDS FOR THE UNITED KINGDOM - IRELAND – FRANCE – GERMANY – CANADA   “Then I was told, You are to make a fresh prophecy concerning many peoples and races and nations, And languages and kings.” -Revelation 10:11   The United Kingdom:  There will be a ROAR of Prayer heard from desperate hearts in the UK. Prayer will be a way of life in many small Hamlets and Villages, and many homes will become chapels of healing and miracles. The prostitution red light districts in Central London will have an epic move of God as He sends in intercessors in tandem with relevant and fiery Revivalists who will have such a strong presence of God, with the Power of Holy Spirit bringing conviction, that even the hardest atheist observing it all will be made to run away in terror at the potent power of God falling upon the filth of prostitution.   “And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten--the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust, my great army, which I sent among you.- Joel 2:25    Houses of hope and care will spring up in smaller surrounding areas, where these whom have once been bound will be cared for and restored.    BRETHREN, IF any person is overtaken in misconduct or sin of any sort, you who are spiritual [who are responsive to and controlled by the Spirit] should set him right and restore and reinstate him, without any sense of superiority and with all gentleness, keeping an attentive eye on yourself, lest you should be tempted also. - Galatians 6:1    Ireland:  There are many hidden and faithful leaders who have weathered political and spiritual storms for decades who are now well prepared and ready for the Father’s divine plan for their lives. Ireland will begin to export teams of Apostolic and Prophetic missionaries into the USA and Europe. These people will have a razor-sharp ability to cast out religious spirits hindering moves of God. They will bring with them the fresh songs of praise and worship now ready for the hungry ears of the true worshiper.  The “cynical” Irishman will now become the grand believer declaring – “With God all things are possible”! There will be a spotlight on Ireland with new technologies being developed and mined there. With it, doors will open for many to travel to Ireland and find Fathering and Mothering Mentors ready to restore, train, and release.    France and Germany:  The Father calls France, “A nation now in chaos”.  But, as an underground stream flows swiftly and quietly, so do those who have determined to pray and intercede with heart wrenching pleas for the Father to move within their land. A spiritual passivity will begin to be addressed and shaken off of the hearts of fearful and hidden believers in France and Germany. There will begin to be a few strong and ethical governmental leaders rise up who will begin to risk addressing the rapidly encroaching militant attacks against the people of France and its outlying regions. There will be community of vigils of prayer in local churches and the repenting of passiveness and elitist thinking.    German and French Believers will begin to view one another in a Kingdom perspective and join in prayer and service to one another, creating a groundswell of food pantries with farmers and dairies that will create CO-OPs.    The key to breaking the spiritual stagnation in France says the Lord, will be the humbling of hearts before the Throne of God and reaching out beyond its own borders.    “For He is [Himself] our peace (our bond of unity and harmony). He has made us both] one body), and has broken down (destroyed, abolished) the hostile dividing wall between us. - Ephesians 2: 14   Germany: Germany will have a large revolt and uprising from among the youth as the economy continues to stress and bend. Looting and stealing and selling of automobiles will become a raging epidemic.  For when the world with all its earthly wisdom failed to perceive and recognize and know God by means of its own philosophy, God in His wisdom was pleased through the foolishness of preaching [salvation, brought on by Christ and to be had through Him], to save those who believed (who clung to and trusted in and relied on Him). -1 Corinthians 1:21  Simultaneously, Young street evangelists who have been well trained as well as educated will be commissioned to reach out to those rioting and manifesting. Government leaders will not know what to do with the uproar, and sanctions against open religious expressions will be put in place. Nevertheless, young Paul’s and Silas’s will not fear what man can do to them and will continue to flow in the power of Evangelism, seeing the hand of God spare the lives of many.    “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and preach and cry out to it the preaching that I tell you.” -Jonah 3:2   The Lord is going to give Words of Wisdom and Words of Knowledge and messages to the young men and women of God who are going to rise up and speak in Germany! They will be full of the Power of the Holy Spirit, and they will cause the wave of the move of God to move across many villages and there will be an uprising of broken hearts, crying out for help, and there will be literal street revivals and manifestations of the Holy Spirit. It will NOT be stopped!     CANADA:  Canada will experience one of its most prosperous seasons ever known, for a short season. The Lord would have Canada know that they must deal fairly with the wealth that they will produce and pay back the First Native families, and with Godly equity. If this is not addressed with wisdom and integrity, Canada will have to pass through the sorrows of disobedience. Canadian Intercessors are being awakened and called up to stand in the place of prayer for its leaders and tribes. Now is the time for soberness, It is not the time for silliness and laughter.  It is a sober day, with a command for sober prayers.  "Accordingly then, let us not sleep, as the rest do, but let us keep wide awake (alert, watchful, cautious, and on our guard) and let us be sober (calm, collected, and circumspect)". - 1 Thessalonians 5:6  “So Get up! Stand UP! Be Purposeful,” says the Lord! How do you not know that through your borders I can bring a North American Wave of Justice and Restoration?”  “So brace up your minds; be sober (morally alert), set your hope wholly and unchangeably on the grace (with is the Divine favor) that is coming to you when Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is revealed. -1 Peter 1:13    IN CLOSING, I BLESS YOU AS YOU HAVE LISTENED OR HAVE READ THESE PROPHETIC INSIGHTS IN THE NAME OF JESUS.   May His word be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path!   “Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said, “No, don’t worship me. I am a servant of God, just like you, and your brothers and sisters who testify about their faith in Jesus,  Worship only God." -2 Peter 1:21    “For the essence of prophecy is to give a clear witness for Jesus ”  -Revelation 19:10   I want you to know that we are not to be elevating, or exalting men or women of God because of the revelation or the edification that they are giving to the Body of Christ right now. YES! "WHEN RULERS FAIL TO DESTROY GOD'S DIVINE PLAN" - God Sees. God Hears. God Will Act. Prophetic Insight and Words.

The World is in an absolute Turmoil!! Lives are in shattered grief!  Sound familiar? By Mary Lindow   MY HUSBAND STEVE AND I HAVE MORE OFTEN AS OF LATE HAD SUCH A STIRRING AND AN ACHING IN OUR HEARTS. We've had a need, to talk over and deeply ponder many “questions of the heart” and have spent hours in dialog then crying out in messy prayers to the Father, shedding many tears, much of them in unintelligible sobs and choked out words. The World is in an absolute Turmoil!! Lives are in shattered grief! Sound familiar?   WE’VE WEPT AND PRAYED... ...For those who are forever stirring up and demanding others to “push, to give, sacrifice” —serve "me", do for "ME", give more at the job! And yet, many of these individuals who push others so terribly hard, hide internal rage and insecurities, not heeding the warnings about their own home life and poor social practices, nor dealing with the seething anger and strife boiling within their souls.  And, all too often they project shame onto others, bullying them, then demand respect regardless of what needs to be addressed in their own behaviors.   THIS IS WHERE TRAVAILING PRAYER COMES IN. Where you "gut it out with God", standing before Him in what is called supplication. Or, in more clear words, it's an appeal, a request for help. "HELP OH GOD! HELP! Only YOU can address this person, this situation"!   OH THE TONGUE! IT IS A FIRE! The tongue represents the world of wrongdoing among the parts of our bodies. It pollutes the entire body and sets fire to the course of human existence -- And it is set on fire by hell. -James 3:6   Steve's and my little piece of trying to warn about and address these things as we minister in various places and gatherings, and also meeting people for ministry advice, comfort in child rearing in a nasty digital age, and in pastoral counseling, well, we are seeing a massive escalation of many families fighting (young and old).   A STEADY STREAM OF PEOPLE RESISTING THE TAKING OF “HUMBLE STEPS” towards the change that would spare others deep wounds. We are also learning to be even more careful about our own words.   WE LIVE IN A WORLD THAT IS PASSING AWAY. Every day this occurs and it edges us closer to the time of choosing whom we serve.... ...Not whom we "casually have knowledge of" or a limited commitment to.   I’M EVER SO AWARE OF THE NEED TO LIVE, LIMP, TO EXSIST, EACH MOMENT OF THE DAY IN "THE PRESENCE", IN FULL EXPOSURE TO THE PROBING EYE AND HEART OF GOD.   I WHISPER REPEATEDLY, “Have your way Father. Have your freedom to do your work in me. Have your way.”   ARE YOU BEING DRAWN INTO A PLACE OF DESPERATE ABANDON TO SEPARATE YOURSELF AND RE-EXAMINE THE PATH UP AHEAD? Friend, yield to the tears, the examination and probing of your heart, and speak out to the Father about all of it. ALL OF IT.   THESE ARE THE DAYS WHERE YOU AND I CAN “CHOOSE.” Chose to grow, move forward, and live simpler and choose to travel along narrower paths. OR Draw back and remain dull, returning to the familiar and comfortable settings where WE “choose” to steer the course of our hearts. There’s no humility there friend. None. Just self-protection, empty of any real mature, repentance.   WHEN THIS HAPPENS, RELATIONSHIPS DRASTICALLY CHANGE. People go into hiding, isolation, numb living, compartmentalization, and they “shut out” help.   CHOOSE THE WAY WHERE "PEACE LEADS YOU". Even when torrents of tears and unanswered longings are prevalent. Keep letting go of “fears within and fears without” until your stride is firm and has consistent sweet conversation with the one called alongside to help.   THE VERY HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD IS A WONDERFUL TRAVELING COMPANION! The heavy judgments of those who rarely risk authenticity and carefully orchestrate their control over what they allow to penetrate past their insecurities and pride, are fully engaged in denial and can absolutely be ruthless and punishing. Let them be surrendered to God my friends.   Hand the entire setting over to Him and then, go about the humble work of digging new wells for those who value the effort that it takes. They will so appreciate the cool cup of water that you serve them in the loving name of our Redeemer Jesus.   Samuel Chadwick was a deep man of prayer, and learned how to not only stay "in it", but was know for "sticking to it". He said: "There is no way of learning to pray but by praying. No reasoned philosophy of prayer ever taught a soul to pray. "The Longing And Aching Deep Within Your Heart"

A TIME LIKE NO OTHER TIME - WALKING ON THE EDGE OF THE PRECIPICE LIVING ON THE EDGE OF ETERNITY - An Urgent Prophetic Exhortation By Mary Lindow through the Holy Spirit   It seems that with such prolific access to, web blogs and articles, many prophetic voices who are attempting to communicate spiritual metaphors and insights received from the heart of God to be shared and to hopefully  soften the hearts of mankind, have perhaps been reduced to quick sound bites and what I would term "Scripture bites". It’s absolutely essential in these twisted and upside-down days to not look for a quick fix for the turmoil and hard things that we are facing.   WHAT DOES THE HOLY SPIRIT WANT TO COMMUNICATE TO US ABOUT “WALKING ON THE EDGE OF THE PRECIPICE”   AND “LIVING ON THE EDGE OF ETERNITY”? As I have searched this out knowing that the Lord was communicating something to me regarding these two statements, clear words of instruction, their potential, and warnings have begun to emerge. I share them from a trembling heart and an alert spirit. And so first:    “WALKING ON THE EDGE OF A PRECIPICE” Precipice - a noun “A very steep rock face or Cliff, typically a tall one” Figurative – “the country is teetering on the precipice of political anarchy” The origin of the word comes from the late 16th century indicating a headlong fall. In the Latin it means abrupt descent. This word in a nutshell expresses an anguishing anticipation of what could be a devastating and shocking “out of control” spin into oblivion, tumbling headlong into an unknown space, fully out of control, not knowing when the descent will end, and if anything will remain once it hits the pull of gravity. “Pride goes before destruction, A haughty spirit before a fall.” (Off of a precipice)  - Proverbs 16:18   And Secondly: “LIVING ON THE EDGE OF ETERNITY” Because we live on the edge of eternity, we must not lose our heads. We must get our heads on straight and think in harmony with divine revelation. We must not be oblivious to the times that we are living in, nor should we be frightened and “act out” in panic. Our clear-headedness makes us able to pray as we should, seeking divine wisdom, guidance and the power to live faithfully in difficult times. Jesus told His disciples things would go from bad to worse as the end of all things approaches.There will be social and political upheaval and natural disasters. There will be an intensification of opposition toward Christians so that fellow Christians begin to turn on each other and family members betray one another.   "Brother will hand over brother to death;  A father will hand over his child. Children will rebel against their parents and kill them. (Euthanasia?)  - Mark 13:12-13. In such times of danger, love will fade, and people will abandon the self-sacrifice of love, for the sake of self-preservation.   SHAKEN AND STIRRED The Holy Spirit impressed me some time back with this statement. “Shaken AND Stirred” My mind said, "You mean, shaken - not stirred!" Again, a little while later, the same statement was impressed into my spirit one more time. “Shaken AND stirred”! As I thought about this I began to realize that the Holy Spirit wanted to show me a prophetic insight, combined with the word of God regarding what His role in working within the hearts of believers looks like at this juncture in time.   WE HAVE HEARD MUCH ABOUT THE SLUMBERING, SLEEPY BRIDE. A somewhat overgrown, youthful, well-fed bride. Oh! How she LOVES the candlelight, the romantic spirituality that feeds the soul and emotional longings of one yet to experience the commitment to a marriage! Everything has the beauty and sparkle of a fairyland or Disney type of fantasy and fireworks! Surrounding this young maiden are gifts and beautiful tangible items reminding her of this youthful celebration of a pledge. The pledge to honor the one she loves. The gifts that have been given come from those who know that these will be needed to assist them in their life of growing together towards becoming one heart, one flesh, a single expression of their own family unit. There are similar parallels to be fearlessly looked at regarding where and how the corporate bride of Christ has behaved on many levels. There has been a new term or word phrase created to address what would often be called a petulant, whiny, overindulged young woman who is in preparation for the big “blowout wedding day event”. The name for this is "Bridezilla”! The basic picture is until SHE gets what she wants, the way she wants it, WHEN she wants it, anything or anyone in her way gets demolished if it does not satisfy her need to be fully noticed, in control and lavishly celebrated in all of her self-planned and applied concepts as to what a wedding should look like. The problem is, in real life - the wedding and festivities are only a brief glimpse of what an actual joining of two in marriage looks like for the long haul. And so when the party is over and the hard work begins, (and yes, it's hard work), the little rifts and storm clouds come to buffet and shape the couple into maturity.   BUT! IF THE BRIDE DOES NOT WANT TO MATURE… …And desires to be treated like a young princess, much like the central character in a children's story, "The princess and the Pea" then no matter how others attempt to sweet-talk or ease her discomfort, eventually she becomes demanding and unsatisfied, regardless of what is offered to her. And so the current state for many who make up the bride of Christ in its majority is one of a moody, discomforted and unfulfilled mate, waiting for her bridegroom to do FOR her, the things that she would rather not do for herself, and wants the bridegroom to bring her the comforts that she needs without having to labor, herself.   THERE ARE THOSE WHO HAVE PAID AN OVERWHELMING AND COSTLY PRICE TO SHAKE OFF SLUMBER AND SELF INDULGENCE, AND HAVE STEPPED OUT AS PATHFINDERS.   They are boldly declaring a warning about remaining a child and not maturing to the fullness of God's plan. They have warned over and over of the things that we are now seeing happen.   SHAKEN! Imagine the shock, the total disbelief of the five virgins (Matthew 25) who slumbered and gambled with their futures so flippantly when in their drowsy and moody state missed the sound that the bridegroom announced, calling them to come, to travel the road now well lit, to a prepared place. They were shaken! Shaken to the core and in total disbelief that things had changed and had been shaken in their drowsy existence so quickly! They were warned to be ready but figured just as always that they would somehow be able to manipulate their surroundings and discomforts and find a way to get their way! And so has it been with the body of Christ the past few years, even though the voice of “The Beloved” has warned and shouted out. He has sent prophetic voice after prophetic voice, teacher after teacher, evangelist after evangelist with a reoccurring message, "You prepare the way! You make the crooked ways straight! Build up a pathway that you may walk upon to a holy place!   And it will be said: "Build up, build up, and prepare the road! Remove the obstacles out of the way of my people." Isaiah 57:14 And yet, the bride in many ways has gone on her merry way expecting to be rescued from her slumber and folly. Walking ON THE EDGE OF THE PRECIPICE and Living On The Edge of Eternity.   BECAUSE OF GOD'S MERCY… …THE BRIDE WILL CONTINUE TO BE SHAKEN Shaken and shaken again, until she awakens from her slumber and admits to selfish ambition. She will be challenged to become the mature heart who walks with her beloved as her leader and Lord, not just simply as a provider of pleasures, fleshly sustenance, and entertainment. “See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven? AT THAT TIME HIS VOICE SHOOK THE EARTH, But now he has promised, "Once more I WILL SHAKE NOT ONLY THE EARTH BUT ALSO THE HEAVENS.” -Hebrews 12 25-27 The words "once more" indicates THE REMOVING OF WHAT CAN BE SHAKEN, Meaning, created things—SO THAT WHAT CAN’T BE SHAKEN WILL REMAIN.   … AND STIRRED When someone is shaken awake from a deep sleep, the adrenaline begins to pump throughout the body and there is a keen and heightened alertness that begins to stir the senses. “Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God, which is in you! For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God.” - 2 Timothy 1:6-8   “DEEPER AND DEEPER STILL”!  SAYS THE VOICE OF THE SPIRIT It's no secret that the mainstream media has had a heyday with high profile personalities who have made claims to be devout Christians and then find them caught in the acts of extortion, embezzlement, infidelity, tax evasion, plagiarism and justification of personal indulgence at the expense of trusting donors. Deeper and deeper still will the exposing and dissecting sword of the Word of God separate what is of the flesh claiming to be God, and what is of the Spirit, that is of God. The folly and arrogance of those who minister with an elitist message will be brought to such public humiliation that even the hardest atheistic hearts will cringe at the ruthless mocking they will face. As the Lord continues to shake out and stir up the dross in the life of each believer, there will be a corresponding stirring again to deep repentance. Believers will come out of their groggy existence and begin to allow the deep purging and removal of willful perceptions about whom God has blessed and whom God might use for his glory, and for His purposes.   A TIME LIKE NO OTHER TIME We are in a time like no other before. There is a setting forth of a new and fresh openness to God's supreme directions. There is a shaking off of youthful folly and petty “scrapping” over who imparts the greatest message or anointing. Instead of well planned out speaking rosters for heavily and slickly advertised conference invitations, there will continue to be spontaneous and Divinely orchestrated gatherings throughout all nations. It has already begun in several unannounced assemblies of like-minded hearts. It is being lit and ignited by the very hand of a Sovereign and brilliantly strategic God.   GATHERINGS LARGE AND SMALL, IN HALLS, HOMES, AND BARNS, HAVE BECOME A FOCUS OF GOD'S HEART.   He indeed has an agenda. It is to call the bride, His beloved, the one He lavishly spent all of his life's blood upon, to rise up from her slumber and be “shaken and stirred” to see that He is beckoning her deeper and yet deeper still to enter into a place of profound grace, mercy, and safety. As the cry of repentance from dead works, and foolish masterminding of plans and programs (that only led the bride into morbid obesity) is stirred in the hearts of those ailing and sickened by the results of such overindulgence, deeper and deeper still will the Spirit of God draw his people into a communion of body, Spirit, and soul with his plan and purpose.   THOSE THAT WILL WAIT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD IN THEIR GATHERINGS… … In their brokenness, in their humility, will begin to experience a hush of holiness falling upon their gatherings. The hovering presence of the pleasure of God will invade and flood the hearts of those who have come simply to fellowship in the power of His word and the Beauty of His Holiness. But! This cannot be a forced agenda or trend! This is not to be confused with what has been termed “The Anointing” or “The Holy Spirit Falling Upon God’s People.” Not a whisper, not a sound, not a song, nor a shout will be needed to attract this majestic treasure.   COMING SOON: THE WEIGHT OF HIS GLORY I have been in meetings where believers who chose to enter into repentance and allowed the “dross work” of God to have full access to every corner of their souls, where, without warning or fanfare, the weight of God’s Glory invaded the room, the conference, and the meeting halls. It was as if a drenching, tangible mass of warmth and comfort wrapped itself around every human being present. It mattered not whether they were youthful or stooped over in the aging of their bodies. The weight of the very glory and magnificence of the Supreme Being, The Sovereign One, was unmistakable. Beautiful stillness and sweetness flowed in to and out of every soul present. All who were sitting or standing in this weight of glory did not need anyone to tell them the phenomenon that surpassed any of man's orchestrations was happening. It didn’t last 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or 15 minutes. It came in waves and beckoned with the fragrance of mercy that only the “Still Small Voice” can infuse a room with.   IT SEEMED THAT THE MORE WILLING THE HEARTS OF THOSE IN THESE GATHERINGS WHO WOULD SIMPLY SIT IN THE WEIGHT OF THIS GLORIOUS SILENCE, THE RICHER AND DEEPER THE PEACE BECAME. And then again, the Sweet song of the Lord would begin to sing out over the people and the people would begin to sing out the sweet song of repentance and devotion back unto the Lord. IT SURPASSED ETHNIC AND CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL EXPRESSIONS AND HUMAN LANGUAGES. Deeper and yet deeper still His presence, His glory, His weightiness would hover. In one such meeting, the waiting in His glory, in His presence, waiting upon Him, lasted for 45 minutes. No one wanted to leave, and no one had any agenda. “Be still!” the Lord said. “Be still and know, that I am God!”    HEART WRENCHING REPENTANCE -- SEASON OF REFRESHING “Repent, then, and turn to God, So that your sins may be wiped out, That times of refreshing may come from the Lord." -Acts 3:19   There have been voices in the Body of Christ crying out that she must repent for her sluggishness, smugness, and presumption. These voices will be amplified and multiplied throughout the year. There will be required by the Lord, a setting apart in the heart of every believer. Deeper and deeper still will the call to shake off slumber, to once and for all lay down the sins and arrogance that easily traps and ensnares the life of the bride.   THE GREATER THE SURRENDER -THE GREATER THE INCREASE OF HIS GLORY As each member of the body of Christ willingly steps in to the full scan of the Holy Spirit's convicting radiance, a fresh awakening of the empowering courage and strength of Christ as the glorious bridegroom will be brought to the forefront. He will be the central focus and no longer will the bride lag behind in adolescent drudgery and laziness. Wave upon wave of adoration will be lifted up as a love sacrifice to the Beloved One. And the weight of His glory will shake and rock religious agendas and nations until they crumble and strip off the need for the noise and glitter that has cluttered and stifled the rightful honor due unto the King of glory. When with deliberate consideration, the weight of God’s glory is given full access to flow as it begins to invade and permeate, be prepared for unbelievers who may be simply walking by a home gathering, a fellowship service, or a conference, to be drawn into your gatherings as if wooed or summoned by a fragrance or sound that they have had move them to go and seek out where it was coming from. The Lord shall draw them and show them of His might, His presence, and you shall lead them to Him… … And they shall find salvation.   LAST INSIGHT AND WARNING Many are indeed "Walking on the edge of the precipice" and are "Living on the edge of eternity, not knowing where to turn or what to do, and will fall headlong into further disaster if they do not awaken from the hardness of heart, distractions and spiritual presumption that have become companions and corrupt habits. Today you have heard His heart; you have heard His voice, Harden not your heart, and instead quickly heed His voice.   Allow the shaking! Willingly permit any condescension, elitism, control, manipulation, cowardly blame-shifting, hateful speech, competition, anger, mocking and vengeful and revengeful thoughts, to be once and for all purged out of your soul! Your very spiritual life depends on what you do when on the edge of a precipice! You can, “Jump headlong into recklessness” Or “Fall into the hands of the living breathing God”.   “Take care, brethren, That there not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart That falls away (headlong off of a precipice) from the living God.” -Hebrews 3:12   THE “END” IS AT HAND FOR EACH AND EVERY GENERATION EVERY SINGLE DAY, and their response to the gospel in this life determines their eternal fate.   Each generation is living on the edge of eternity, and there will always be an urgency to respond to the gospel, for your response to the gospel determines your eternal destiny.   Duplication and sharing of this message is welcomed provided that complete source and website and podcast information for Mary Lindow is included.  Note: There is a time of prophetic ministry at the end of this message during the audio version of the podcast.   Be sure to listen so that the Holy Spirit might speak over your life!  "The Desert Of Trouble -The Door Of Hope"  Prophetic Insights and Encouragement By Mary Lindow through the Holy Spirit    TODAY’S PODCAST MESSAGE IS GOING TO ADDRESS ONE OF THOSE THINGS THAT MOST CHRISTIANS ARE A LITTLE EMBARRASSED TO ADMIT. THEY DOUBT!   Sometimes it comes from being so absolutely crushed that you are afraid to trust or believe in anything. Or, we create our own false narratives and wonder WHY things don’t happen, and then we doubt that God can get us out of our messes.   WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THAT “DOUBT THING” THAT KEEPS BEATING AGAINST THE THIN MEMBRANE OF HOPE IN YOUR THINKING?   WE CAN CERTAINLY SEE TODAY THAT PEOPLE HAVE PUT THEIR HOPE IN SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS THAT ARE OFFERED, looking for a way out of confusion, wanting to know themselves better or to find someone to love or to validate them. There's Enneagrams, horoscopes, overloads of self-help books/blogs, medications, politicians, gurus and more, and most all of these have failed those hope seekers, or maybe have caused them to flail even further.   BUT HONESTLY... ...MOST PEOPLE ARE SIMPLY SEARCHING FOR THE "REAL DEAL". They want to see genuine people expressing living and radiant hope. They want an anchor in Achor (troubled times). They are attracted to that and yet, the soul does love intellectual reasoning more than humility and yielding to God, the Supreme Guide.   HOPE. It’s what nourishes life. It’s the motivator to move us into action. It’s the promise of tomorrow. What each one of us needs more of is hope. What our country and world needs is hope.   Discouragement. It’s what siphons the joy right out of you! Discouragement leads to desperation, which leads to feelings of anxiety, dread and hopelessness, which can move people into depression and suicidal thoughts, and those thoughts lead down a path of complete and utter darkness. Trouble looms large in every face, every place and every happy space.   SO… DEFINE… HOPE! We often use the word hope as a kind of wish. “I hope it doesn’t rain tomorrow.” “I hope the Broncos win their next game.” But friends, hope in the Bible, has quite a different meaning.   RAW AND BIBLICAL HOPE IS A CONFIDENCE AND EXPECTATION THAT GOD HAS PROVIDED A WAY FOR A GOOD FUTURE FOR YOU. God wants to fill every person reading  or listening this with hope that He has a wonderful future planned for you!   Ah…. Ummm......  Really? Does He? Can God REALLY create “good” out of the trouble you are passing through or that you got yourself "IN" to?   THE WORD ACHOR MEANS TROUBLE. So very aptly named, the valley spoken about here (Achor- from Hosea 2: 1-8) is the place where a man named Achan, brought trouble on Israel, by willfully going the opposite way and blew off the Lord's plan. So, God sees the sin, and brings it to them through Hosea’s warning.   THE SIN OF THEIR IDOLATRY, their mixtures of spiritual practices and beliefs and forgetting God and their sincere dedication to him, and his ways of doing things. (Read Hosea 2: 1-8 to fully see the raw details.)   YIKES! These folks were exploring and trusting in things much like many who are probing and immersing themselves into questionable spiritual practices and who distance themselves from the warnings of God today!   God in His grace, in the New Testament freedom of Christ, will put sin to death in your life and my life and also the trouble brought against us from the results of the sin of others.   He prepares the Valley of trouble - Achor, to become a door of hope.   God wants to show you the door… ...Right there, in the midst of this grief or very hard trouble that you are parched and exhausted by.   A door where you see HOPE written on it…. …And you move towards it. Crawling is absolutely permitted!  Just get moving, and get THERE!   JESUS SPOKE IT CLEARLY TO US WHEN HE SAID, "I AM THE DOOR. "To enter through me is to experience life, freedom, and satisfaction. A thief has only one thing in mind—he wants to steal, slaughter, and destroy. But I have come to give you everything in abundance, more than you expect life in its fullness until you overflow!" -John 10:9-10   THE VALLEY OF HUMILIATION, OF TROUBLE AND DEFEAT WILL BECOME THE FIRST POINT OF YOUR JOURNEY THROUGH THE DOOR OF HOPE. You let go of the dragging baggage of woes and stop chewing on the dust. You admit your secret idolatry of pessimism and stubborn defiance to yield to the probing of your heart, admitting that you account to no one but yourself. You put down the whip of control and anger and take up the walking stick to lean upon while you humbly limp towards the door of Hope. That's a valley of trouble my friend. But, listen closely!   THIS DOOR OF HOPE THAT'S BEEN PROVIDED THERE STRATEGICALLY PLACED IN THE MESS, DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. WHY? Because it’s appointed by God Himself. It opens up new opportunities for you; even those that were lost will be restored to you. It will cause a new song to rise again in your heart.   SO, YOU WEARY, RED -EYED AND CRIED OUT ONES, PREPARE TO LEAVE THE VALLEY OF TROUBLE (ACHOR) BEHIND,   AND PASS THROUGH THE DOOR OF HOPE.   We Have To Wait With Hope For God! “Wait with hope for the LORD. Be strong, and let your heart be courageous. Yes, wait with hope for the LORD.” -Psalm 27:14   WE HAVE TO BE COURAGEOUS AND STRONG IN OUR WAITING FOR THAT DOOR TO BE SHOWN TO US. The word “wait” is a very upsetting word for many! We don’t like waiting! We want things fixed. NOW! PRONTO! Waiting can make us feel like we are doing something wrong, hesitating, lagging behind. This isn’t why we have to wait sometimes.   WAITING HELPS US TO MATURE IN CHRIST. Waiting burns out impatience and defensiveness and impulsive reactions that decide to not deal with our deeply entrenched ruts! Waiting is better then rushing into something without God’s wisdom and direction. This door of Hope when there has been trouble, sin, loss pain, cycles of grief, is a sign of God’s tender mercy towards you. “I will give back her vineyards to her and transform her Valley of Troubles (Achor) into a Door of Hope. "Ascending In Hope When Darkness Attempts To Restrict God's Work" - BUCKLE UP - Prophetic Insight

   I’M SHARING TODAY’S PODCAST WITH THE INDICATION FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT WHAT I’M SHARING IS A PROPHETIC INSIGHT FOR THOSE LISTENING OR READING REGARDING WORLD HAPPENINGS AND SPIRITUAL WARFARE.   A FEW YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A CRUCIAL PROJECT, I found my life barraged and pressured by distractions of all kinds. Now, this is not an unusual pattern.   DISTRACTIONS COME TO STEAL OUR PASSION, OUR PURPOSE, GOD’S PROMISES, AND HIS PROVISION.   I have a scripture and a strategy that I use when distractions come to derail my focus now that really helps to keep me on track and focus on what’s in front of me. This can apply to everything from work, house cleaning, Counseling, writing and ministry, right down to sticking with the list for the grocery store, and not adding extra cheese and crackers and other goodies in the shopping basket!   WHEN NEHEMIAH WAS REBUILDING THE WALL, distractions came in the form of men calling out to him, high up on his ladder, to come down to discuss “their” important matters. These men presented concerns and rumors they feared to be truth, and, they were persistent and insistent that he come down and address the matters with them immediately! Nehemiah responds plainly, "I cannot come down, I am doing a great work."   THERE ARE MANY DISTRACTIONS BEING HURLED AT THE BODY OF CHRIST CONSTANTLY. So what do we do? We look those distractions square in the face and we say, "We cannot come down. We are doing a great work." End. Of. Story.   WE HAVE NO TIME FOR DISTRACTIONS. THERE'S TOO MUCH ON THE LINE. There's restoration to be done, broken down walls and broken down people to be filled back up, truth to be told, healing to be performed, love and justice to manifest and so on.   AND WHILE WE ARE DOING THESE ASSIGNED BY THE LORD TASKS,  (because if they’re not assigned by the Lord then we’re basically doing our own thing, not his important work), while we are doing the assigned things from the Lord, we pray.  And by that I mean, we dialog with God our Father, and praise, and tell Jesus about the gratitude that we have for His life that He poured out for us, and speak back to Him the words He taught us in the 4 New Testament Gospels. And we also allow the Holy Spirit of God to have access to our hearts, bringing a sweet exposure and conviction where we might need to have our hearts cleaned up and "grown up" further in the way God has mapped out for those He loves so very much.   When we do these things in reverence and determination as we work, You will find that we do not have time for distractions.   WHEN GOD SPEAKS AND WHEN WE FELLOWSHIP WITH JESUS, and when the Holy Spirit is busy working in the dry and hard places of our souls, as we do that in our work, every single day, we do not have time for other distractions!  We. Cannot. Come. Down.   WE CANNOT TAKE TIME TO BE PULLED INTO CONVERSATIONS THAT ARE WICKED, "weasely", and filled with all kinds of narratives that have nothing to do with what God has and IS doing right now right in front of us in our daily lives.   THAT DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE NOT TO BE INFORMED AND... ...that we are not to be advocates for godly truths. That is part of rebuilding walls that have come down in our society. But getting into non-ending dialogs and basically verbal fights with people who just want to prove a point is literally drawing us into distraction and frustration.   SPIRITUAL WARFARE. It’s a Reality and Intense Fight for Good Over Evil! Listen ever so closely to these mighty battle strategies against distractions! Now my beloved ones, I have saved these most important truths for last Instructions. Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-your union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of his explosive power flowing in and through you.  Put on God’s complete set of armor provided for us, so that you will be protected as you fight against the evil strategies of the accuser! Your hand-to-hand combat is not with human beings, but with the highest principalities and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms.  For they are a powerful class of demon-gods and evil spirits that hold this dark world in bondage. Because of this, you must wear all the armor that God provides so you’re protected as you confront the slanderer, for you are destined for all glorious and godly things and will rise victorious. - Ephesians 6: 10-13   FRIENDS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST GOOD AND EVIL! We are doing a great work! We are obeying God! And, let’s hope that we aren’t doing it with haughtiness or an attitude of being a little better than everyone else in the way that we serve God! No way! Someone whom God has called to rebuild or to restore and to do every day jobs, understands that the distractions of ego or the distractions of frustration, often create breaks in relationships, breaks in friendships and it kills the opportunity to have peace with God fully.   SO FRIENDS! REFOCUS. Do not negotiate with distractions. Simply move on and put your hands to the great work before you. Humbly. Purposefully. Without an attitude of needing to prove you’re heroic.   WE WORK, WE SERVE, WE LOVE AND WE FIGHT, with our eyes focused on the One who rides at the forefront of our battles. He’s there day and night, radiating comfort, wisdom, and grants discernment for every challenging situation that you and I will face.   MY FINAL PRAYER FOR YOU AS I CLOSE OUT TODAY’S PODCAST, is from Hebrews 13:21 “May God Equip You With All You Need For Doing His Will. "NEVER NEGOTIATE WITH DISTRACTIONS" - Staying Focused In A Treacherous And Chaotic World - Prophetic Insights

 By Mary Lindow through the Holy Spirit   Truth is slippery. A lot more slippery than any of us want to admit. And we do have to, in a sense, choose what to believe.   Pontius Pilate seemed quite comfortable with that. Jesus was "talking truth" and Pilate lived in a place of work where “truth” was meaningless. All that his employer cared about was results!   The world’s vision of truth is attractive. It allowed Pilate go back to his home at the end of the day…it allowed the Priests to deal with that "problematic man Jesus" while still being able to eat the Passover.  It sends the crowds home from the protest hoping that the rebellion will start soon and be successful. (That sure sounds familiar doesn’t it!)    Pilate was dealing with those "pesky" Hebrews. The poor guy is the governor and he can’t even get the latest group of complainers to come into his house because it’s Passover, that would make them “unclean,” and they wouldn’t be able to eat the sacred meal. Now Imagine that!!  Being the governor, and having to go outside to hear the complaints of your subjects? Your subjects whose "truth" meant that your palace was unclean? You can understand why the guy got maybe a bit sour.   His employer just wanted the people under Pilate to behave! That was a pretty tall order among a people as fiercely independent as the Israelites. The Romans didn’t care all that much how order was maintained; they just wanted Pilate to "make it happen"!  Israel after all, was a center of commerce, and disturbances, and rioting there were inconvenient and they were expensive. All of this left very little time for Pilate to talk philosophy with this troublesome Jesus fellow. He needed results!  "Truth" for Pilate meant keeping order, keeping peace, keeping his job. That’s what he chooses to believe in. Even so…he tried to give Jesus a fighting chance. But the crowds?  Well, they don’t cry out, "What is truth?" But, they did CHOOSE what to believe.   Jesus has proclaimed a kingdom of truth. THE truth that God’s will is realized when we live lives of compassion and healing.    A truth that we are all loved by God and called to live this love out for one another. It’s a truth that has stood the world on end… ...But the crowd decides instead to believe in the old standby. The sword.   Barabbas the thief, who was a violent man, the kind of guy who is useful to a revolution, is the one they cry out for. They want what they want… ..and so, aren’t really all that different from Rome or Pilate in their way of dealing. They’ll trade truth for the hope of what they’ll see in terms of "results."    And, we all too often... …We choose on our own, what to believe as well.    Repentance means "to turn" in the scriptures, to "turn away from. But it’s not easy!  And it doesn’t help that the words of our Master—(who stands in passive protest against the established powers of the world as he answers Pilate), has had his words mangled and misinterpreted over and over again by those who frankly, wanted Jesus to sound a little more like "them."   The world teaches us its version of truth. The world teaches us to think: "It’s mine, I earned it." Jesus says, "It’s a gift, share."   We learn to think,  “They need to follow my rules."  Jesus says, "The greatest rule is love."   We learn to think, "I’ll give when my needs are met."  Jesus says, “Think that way and you’ll always need more.”   We learn to think, "me first." Jesus says, "be last."   The world’s truth keeps you from ending up like Jesus.  It gets you to resist taking a cross for what IS truth.   Believing in something means acting and sacrificing for something, and what Jesus wants from us is not our dying, but rather that we live a life dying to our own selfish ambition which most are VERY proud of. (They will tell you exactly how proud they are of their achievements and skills often, or, live secret lives of self gratification because THEY deserve the rewards!)    The cry of God’s heart is that we would understand that, the “way of God” is way beyond "our way".  The way of God IS our call, and that the way of God is the path to freedom.   In the end, we have to choose what to believe in.  Fortunately for us, faith is also a gift, a gift God gives us. But that doesn’t mean living it doesn’t take some effort.  We are called to be light to this world. We are called to care. We are called to make the effort!    Let's walk with our Master.  Let's take the path of sacrifice, and let our lives reveal and radiate the joy of "living out God’s love" for others. Perhaps then, the world will see that "what is truth"... ...Is truth. Important Help For "UN-truthful" Times - " WHAT IS TRUTH?" - Why Do We fight It?

 By the Holy Spirit through Mary Lindow   CHILD OF MY DIVINE PLAN The coming darkness will cause you no fear. My perfect love for you will cast out ALL fear! I will hold your hand and lead you in a way like no other. I will give you eyes that can see in the dark, but I will also hold your hand and lead you through the darkness. For you, this present darkness will be an opportunity to help bring in the great harvest. I AM the Lord of the Harvest, and I will usher in a mighty and uncountable harvest! Don’t’ try to count these souls don’t try to count them! They will be coming from all directions and places and in many numbers. Those that are sitting in darkness are going to get up and run toward the light, those who are engulfed in darkness will clamor for the light. My Chosen ones will shine bright in the darkness and they will point the way to Me. You will be like a lighthouse and a beacon in the dark and stormy seas. "Hidden In My Secret Place" - A Prophetic Word For Troubled Times

IT IS A CRAZY WORLD WE LIVE IN AND ITS NOT GOING TO GET EASIER AS CORRUPTION AND WICKEDNESS CONTINUE TO PLAY TOGETHER! WHAT CAN WE DO? By Mary Lindow   “Let the wise listen and add to their learning, And let the discerning get guidance.” Proverbs 1:5   DISTURBING DAYS It doesn't take a genius mind to know that we are in some terrible times here in the earth! Wars wars and more threats of wars! Economic pressures, ungodly rulers, missiles aimed and ready to blow up other countries, child abductions and murders are on the rise and we have had odd and bizarre weather patterns! And these events all can occur in just one week’s worth of change!   I hear the Holy Spirit bringing a clear word of comfort and help to His people who have ears to hear what He is saying to them. Those that are determined to follow the voice of the Good Shepherd and not strange voices.   John 10:5 And a stranger will they not follow,  But will flee from him: For they know not the voice of strangers.   HEARTS OF BROKENNESS The days have seemingly turned darker, uncertain, and frenzied as media reporters shell out the hyped newscasts of doom and despair. And although much of what is being reported may be actually happening, it is intentionally ratcheted up to keep viewing polls well oiled and operating.   All of the noise pollution and the droning voices of the media personalities can weary and weigh down the heart of those who have a compassionate and sensitive spirit or heart.  And. Often through all of the pressure filled “minute by minute live” reporting, people can become restless and fearful, anxiety ridden, and heavy laden with so much hitting them.   Proverbs 12:25 Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, But a good word makes it glad.   IT IS A CRAZY WORLD WE LIVE IN AND IT’S NOT GOING TO GET EASIER AS CORRUPTION AND WICKEDNESS CONTINUE TO PLAY TOGETHER!   WHAT CAN WE DO? Although we are not to be totally ignorant of what is occurring around us and live in recluse mentalities, the Lord does have a greater plan and focus for us during such tough times. You and I as children of God will never really feel at home here on planet Earth. We have been Divinely implanted with a spiritual device deep in our spirits that longs for the “Home of Heaven”. No more tears, no more night, no more longing to fully be-long! We have been walking a pathway of preparation, each of us in different stages of our lives, to transition from this decaying world and body into a heavenly place of resurrection and eternal abundant life. It’s the living here now that is so like rough grit sandpaper to our nerve endings!   2 Timothy 4:18 The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack  And will bring me safely to his heavenly kingdom.  To him be glory for ever and ever.    Psalm 61:3 For You have been a shelter and a refuge for me,  A strong tower against the adversary.   We are in much need of a directional adjustment as believers right now, a redirecting of the compass, as the world turns itself upside down with malice, dictatorships, and political posturing. We need to be certain that nothing of the world and its behaviors is hidden in our own hearts. We must hear that Magnetic pulling voice of the Holy Spirit, and obey it without turning left or right.   Deuteronomy 5:32 So be careful to do what the LORD your God has commanded you; Do not turn aside to the right or to the left.    The Spirit of the Lord is calling out to His people in this very very serious and crucial moment to allow Him your ears that hear and your eyes that see to discern where the compass for your soul is located! It points to a dwelling place of Divine Rest and Protection. There is a hidden deep place of safety only revealed to those of pure motive and clean hands.   THE LORD IS CALLING OUT TO YOU AND I. “Come to Me! Run to Me! I know that you are heavily burdened by all of the concentrated pressures mounting around you.   Run to the Dwelling place of Divine Rest and Protection!   It will require you laying down the things that so easily set you off and get you weighed down with concern and anxiety.”   1 Peter 5:7 Casting the whole of your cares  All your anxieties,  All your worries,  All your concerns,  Once and for all on Him.  For He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.   Come to the simple place. Huddle into the shadow of My Wings for,  I AM the Refuge for the child that heeds My voice and runs to Me, abandoning self made plans for protection and self-preservation. I AM your shield,  I AM your Fortress.  But you must come to the Refuge with no agenda in your heart or a Message on your lips. You come to the Resting Place of Safety from the Storm to WAIT, Ponder, Rest and rethink your Life call.   Psalm 5:11 But let all who take refuge in you be glad;  Let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them,  That those who love your name may rejoice in you.   CONTINUAL SAFETY When we walk in the way of surrender and tenderness with our ears attuned to the still small voice of God, we actually walk in the Overshadowing safety of the Presence of God. Training our spiritual ears to hear the voice of the Father is a lifetime guarantee of knowing when the storms or troubles will arise and is a promise for direction to a place of Divine Protection and direction whenever needed.   Psalm 16:9 Therefore my heart is glad  And my tongue rejoices;  My body also will rest secure   Rest Child of God. REST! It is the hardest thing for the mind and body to do! Learning to rest when the world is screaming at a fevered pitch, “WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO NOW” is a hard-learned yet reachable discipline if we will lean into it and ask for God's help.   Hear the Voice of God calling you to enter into His rest.  It is a place of pleasant simplicity and uncluttered doctrine.  His Presence silences all of the noise of the day and noise of the Head.   HIS PRESENCE IS A REFUGE FOR THE WEARY Dear child of God!  There is no judgment or shame there. It is a restful place of learning to take up an easy yoke and a light burden. Perhaps right now as you listen to this audio podcast or read this, You might just sit back and Enter in to the Refuge of God. Lay down the weight of worry and frustration. HIS PRESENCE! IT IS A REFUGE FOR THE WEARY! "Words Of Hope"

 By Mary Lindow  "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.  -Psalm 139:14   WE ARE STRANGE AND EXQUISITE CREATURES. We can ache for God tremendously; yet find ourselves getting nervous if God gets too close! After all, the closer God gets, the more we hear the call to be unpolluted. It's both exciting and frightening to hear that call! A STORY: Once upon a time there was a little plant that was small and whose growth was stunted, for it lived under the shade of a giant oak tree. The little plant valued the shade that covered it and highly enjoyed and lavished the quiet rest that its majestic friend provided. Yet there was a greater blessing prepared for this little plant. One day a lumberjack entered the forest with a sharp ax and cut down the giant oak! The little plant began to weep, crying out, "My shelter has been taken away! Now every fierce wind will blow on me, and every storm will seek to uproot me!" The guardian angel of the little plant responded, "NO! Now the sun will shine and showers will fall on you more abundantly than ever before! Now your stunted form will spring up into loveliness, and your flowers, which could never have grown to full perfection in the shade, will laugh in the sunshine. Many will say, look how that plant has grown. How gloriously beautiful it has become by removing that which was its shade and comfort!" THE TRAINING OF A SPIRITUAL COMRADE We need to see that the Lord wisely trains his soldiers by calling them to difficult travels and service. He strengthens them through wildernesses and mountains. God knows that spiritually armed Soldiers can only be developed in battle and are not developed in times of calm. We can only become true seasoned soldiers of Christ when we train and serve in the preparation time of the inhospitable surroundings. TRUST FOR A SEASON! It's all about trusting God in the end. Oh yes it is! We often ask in the heat of difficult battles whether they are mental battles, spiritual battles, and financial battles. "Will He REALLY refresh us in this time of struggle?" His Loving Word says so. "For I satisfy the weary ones And refresh everyone who languishes." -Jer. 31:25   THE LORD IS PRODUCING STAMINA! WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT! "Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; For once he has been approved, He will receive the crown of life, Which the Lord has promised to those who love Him." James 1:12 THE FATHER IS URGING US TO RUN TO HIM, TO CRY TO HIM! He is there! Even in this fog of struggle, loss, anxiety, or seeming success! He wants us to be desperate for Him and is training us to rely on His voice. To make our decisions based on His plan for the whole earth! TIE YOURSELF TO THE HAND OF GOD! Get a "rope of expectation"(the word of God) and tie yourself to it. Hold on! The boding evil is nearly over! The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness And put on the armor of light." -Romans 13:12 INTIMATE PLACE OF COMMUNICATION It would be a powerful opportunity for all of us to get on our knees in an intimate place of communication with the Lord, and refresh our commitment to purity, and with a willing heart to yield to the bidding of the Father. Prepare Him Room - "We Prepare Him A Place"

 By Mary Lindow Who determines the standard of Right and Wrong, Good and Evil, True and False? Man or God?  NOTE: There is no third choice. When people refuse to let God be the judge of good and evil, when they inject their own standards to oppose His, these people who are "usurping" assume a sovereignty or power that belongs only to God. They choose to undermine God’s order- "in order" to demand their own, and in doing this they hope to avoid the pinpricks of their conscience.  After all, "if it's legal" then it must be right! Right? No. God’s law is not so easily escaped or to be irritably fanned away like an old dusty list of metaphors.   CONCEIT AND PRIDE ARE THE GREATEST ENEMIES TO SPIRITUAL GROWTH!  Newly "acquired knowledge" often leads to pride rather than wisdom. This is very true with the novice. There is a no more absolutely certain way to fall into sin than to allow pride to lead us into putting confidence in ourselves rather than God. This kind of pride always leads to destruction, because it robs us of God’s power to stand against temptation.   WHAT WE ACCOMPLISH AS MEMBERS OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS DONE BY THE POWER OF GOD. The novice begins thinking that what he/she accomplishes is his/her own doing. The people in Corinth had been developed in every way as well, with the knowledge of God, but pride in what "they" knew, lead to their destruction!   KNOWLEDGE CAN BE MISTAKEN FOR MATURITY. True knowledge is designed to bring us TO maturity. When we parade our so called freedom before others in an effort to reveal how much we know, we reveal our immaturity and are treading on dangerous ground! Knowledge put on PUBLIC display leads to heartbreak and a divisive scattering of relationships.   SO, WHAT EXACTLY IS A SEARED CONSCIENCE? A seared conscience is when someone has become insensitive to the conviction of God’s order/law for humankind written on the heart, and becomes uncaring about standing before a fair and holy God. It becomes "selectively passive" to the threats, warnings, and judgments for violating that Divine Order.  A person with such a conscience has lost the ability to distinguish between good and evil, right and wrong, true and false. Because of fallen man’s natural bent to resist the things of God, a seared conscience will happily and vocally approve what God forbids, and will forbid what God approves.  This lack of torment, guilt, or even remorse when confronted with God’s word is the result of a refusal to acknowledge and bow the soul (mind, will and emotions) to the authority of God as the Lawgiver and actually, THE ULTIMATE "safe setter of boundaries" for a wandering mankind! This is why God speaks a terrifying “Woe!” on all who call evil good, and good evil; who substitute darkness for light, and light for darkness; who substitute bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter (Is 5:20).   TRUE KNOWLEDGE BRINGS THE RESTFUL DISCIPLINE OF SELF-CONTROL. Paul’s knowledge of God led him to lead a disciplined and humble life for the benefit of himself and others.    HUMBLING OURSELVES IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE ROOF OFF TOWARD GOD, AND THE WALLS DOWN TOWARD OUR FELLOW MAN.    Once offences have been committed, whether intentional or unintentional, they must be dealt with! "I was wrong. I am sorry. Will you forgive me?" are healing words that only a humble soul would use. Whenever you find a man or woman willing to humble themselves before God and man, you have found a person who will be exalted, because “humility comes before honor.”   REMEMBER THAT SOME MEN’S SINS ARE OBVIOUS, AND ARE EQUALLY OBVIOUSLY BRINGING THEM INTO SERIOUS JUDGMENT.    "The sins of other men might not be apparent, but are dogging them, nevertheless, under the surface. Similarly some virtues are plain to see, while others, though not at all conspicuous, will eventually make themselves felt." 1 Timothy 5:24-25 "Don’t reprimand or publicly talk down to a senior leader in your church, honoring him as a father by first showing respect and humility. "Right and Wrong - Good and Evil - True and False" - The Seared or Humbled Conscience

 By Mary Lindow through the Holy Spirit For many weeks now, just as I was about to fall into a good deep sleep, I have heard in my spirit the words, “The Winter of our Malcontent”. Trying to reconcile those words in my own thinking, I would then say to myself, “You mean the winter of our discontent don’t you?" (I was thinking about the fact that Shakespeare wrote this and put into print in Richard III,1594.) Again and again the same event would take place until I was made aware of what the Lord would have me write and share with those - who may have ears to hear. For you see, the subject can be one that many FEAR. Malcontent; definition Disappointed, disenchanted, disillusioned, frustrated, unfulfilled; disquieted, disturbed, perturbed, upset; dejected, depressed, despairing, despondent THE WRINGING OF HANDS AND HEART For some, it is easier to simply live in a shell of denial or self concocted false spiritual bliss than to look soberly and head on at the turmoil and drama that the world is rapidly spinning and bobbing in. It will not easily or wishfully go away, and at this time we are and will be, facing severe repercussions for wicked choices made by governments, banking systems and yes religious institutions. All three can do good things, but many currently have chosen the ways of corruption, selfish ambition, deceptive story telling and above all, the giving away of their heart and minds to the god of this world. A god who traps its victims with promises of greater power, influence, and an adoring mass of lesser gifted humans who are expected to give homage without asking questions. These pressures and practices can tear at the soul of the discerning hearts who see more than the handwriting on the wall.  They know, regardless of a solid stance of Faith in Gods providence and care - that something is very very wrong and, it is escalating. THE FEAR AND HOLLOW ACHE WITHIN YOUR HEART  Many are panicking and poring over every website and news bulletin to see if there are falsities that they can catch and prove in the wrong, or truths that they can exploit. Neither of these will help. And, the fear mongers believe that we all must be totally obsessed and baptized in fear by pouring it out to their audiences. They will feed the panic and give power to the spirit of terror that is looming large and with insidious precision. Where do apparent Bible believers get reliable information to nourish their fears? From you and me. We do it to each other all the time. Why do we deliver information to our brother or sister that will feed his or her fears? THE FIRST CAUSE OF FEAR IS THE FEAR OF LOSING PLAYTHINGS AND SAFETY. We believe that "my God shall supply all your needs," but our old nature cannot believe that, especially when we hear news from worldly sources telling us someone is trying to take our toys and life resources away from us. When we give place to fear, and feast on it, feed it, and pass it on to other people, we are boldly denying that Christ will be our supplier. If you have a belief concerning death, the end of the world, or the ultimate destiny of humankind that has no hope, no light, and you have the Church headed straight into a train wreck instead of looking at the light at the end of the tunnel, you are WICKED. If all you do is sit around and talk with wide-eyed terror about the New World Order, the crash of the banks, the collapse of the dollar, and the concentration camps and micro chips getting ready for us you’re not only feeding fear, you also are a promoter and preacher of it. Harsh words? No. Honest words intended to get you to shake off morbid living and to decide to truly serve the LIVING GOD or serve - Fear.   WHAT FEAR IS Fear is a harsh and wicked taskmaster. Fear will not let you sleep well at night. Fear brings condemnation and shame. Fear causes hoarding and secret self-protections. Fear will make you betray others to hide and protect your way of living and your opinions. Fear will join with accusation and destroy safe relationships, by isolating you. Fear is a liar and gathers clusters of other tormenting spirits to join with it. Fear creates excitement for those who use it as a tool to gain attention or - control.   JESUS HAS TAKEN CARE OF HIS BRIDE FOR OVER 2000 YEARS He is still doing so, and will never ever stop! Know this! The light of Christ that shines in very dark times is the ONLY light that is available. I say this because this light is on "until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts." The light of prophecy is the light at the end of the tunnel of human history, and that light is a person: “ I Jesus have sent my angel to testify to you, these things in the churches.I AM the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.” Revelation 22:16 So, the darker it is, the more blessed that light is. The stars shine at night, not during the daylight. Light a candle in a room that has many lamps on, and no one will notice, but strike the smallest match you can find in a totally blacked out room, and EVERY EYE WILL BE ON THAT LIGHT!   WHY ARE OUR EYES, AND MOUTH FIXATED WITH HOW EXCEEDINGLY DARK IT IS? 1 Thessalonians 5 says “You are all the children of light, And the children of the day. We are not of the night, Nor of darkness.”   WHAT TO DO NOW Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Tell me, what good is it to obsess or prepare to survive the coming crash or doom if you end up living a stressed and tormented life over it? You’re afraid because you don’t think God can handle your situation. You’re afraid you are going to die, you are afraid you’re going to get sick, you’re afraid your kids are going to get hurt, you’re afraid the roof is going to fall in, you’re afraid the demons are going to get you! Whatever it is, it comes from two things. Number one:  You have a guilty conscience.   Number two:  You have weak faith in God.   You can deal with both of those.  Have a guilty conscience?   Confess your sin and get it all cleaned out. Weak faith?  Get your Bible open and read what God says about Himself and learn to trust Him.... And pray. 2 Timothy 1:7 For the Spirit, which God has given us, Is not a spirit of cowardice. But one of power and of love and of sound judgment.   FAITH OBEYS GOD IN SPITE OF CIRCUMSTANCES OR CONSEQUENCES Fear can creep into the hearts of the young and the old, the rich and the poor, the most educated and the least educated, the powerful and the powerless. What can one do to be freed of fear? Faith is not afraid of what others may say or do. An Elijah complex can rob you of power and joy, so beware! Elijah went from victory to defeat because he started walking by sight and not by faith. He believed the wicked queen Jezebel's words but not God’s word, and he forgot how God had cared for him for three and a half years. Fear replaced faith, and he ran for his life. We need to obey the words   Do not be afraid; only believe (Mark 5:36). Faith and fear are opposites, and yet, strange to say, they are often found dwelling within the same person; but where one is forceful the other is undeveloped. The constant attitude of the Christian must and needs to be, “Behold, God is my salvation,  I will trust and not be afraid;  For the LORD GOD is my strength and song,  And He has become my salvation. Isaiah 12:2   WHAT OUGHT TO BE, AND WHAT ACTUALLY IS ARE TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS. When I am afraid, I will put my trust in You.  Psalm 56:3 However, when the grace of faith is in practice, its verbal communication will be: One thing that must be addressed as well is the situation where there are believers who are currently in trauma, loss, or who are persevering through very difficult and possibly harrowing situations. Very often those who have a shallow development of the fruit of Mercy and attributes of discernment are often found to spout out well rehearsed “shotgun lines” of scripture at those who are in the throws of battle and sorrow. THIS IS NOT OK! It shows a great lack of genuine Christian Character and even worse, a lack of the nature of Christ. The following verse will clear up any religious sputtering about this, and hopefully bring a nice bit of conviction to the legalistic and hardhearted. So those of us who have a strong [faith] must be patient with the weaknesses of those whose [faith] is not so strong. We must not think only of ourselves. Romans 15:1 Jesus Stood up in the Storm and spoke PEACE. He did not scold and hammer away at the frighten men in the boat with him. He did not shame them with a tone of superiority or condescending blather when he said,  “Why do you struggle with trusting Me (faith) to take care of you?”  He used moments of doubt and fearfulness all throughout the bible as teaching moments, to disciple His beloved children. We too - Can learn from this. It will be much needed in the days ahead. LET’S PRAY TOGETHER AND BE FREE FROM FEAR Dear Jesus Christ, I know that all power and authority on Heaven and Earth belongs to You alone. I come to You today, asking for supernatural divine deliverance from fear. I am facing numerous issues that are scaring me, sometimes tormenting me!  I ask you right now Jesus, in faith and with all of my existence, please, please deliver me from all fear. I gave You my soul when I became a Christian. So right now, I choose to symbolically, hand literally hand you my problems, my fears.  I pray, Jesus take these fears, and strengthen me against them! Protect me from every lie of the enemy that has come my way trying to deceive me. You have told me: "Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." - John 14:27. Right now, I give it all to You Jesus. Please deal with these fears for me.  In the name of Jesus Christ the Son of God almighty, I renounce satan and all of his lies that are trying to make me afraid! I pray that you Lord would bind every enemy and spirit of fear attempting to operate in my life and rebuke it! Protect me from it! Lord Jesus, please also help me recognize if there is something that I am doing to allow fear to manipulate me. Please let me know if there is something wrong that needs to change. Please let me know if there is something in my environment or home, that is causing my mind to have fearful reactions. Help us, O Heavenly Father, to dwell not on our fears, but on who you are. We can conqueror our fears only by focusing on you. Then no matter what is the cause of our fears, they will dissipate like the morning fog. This we ask in the name of Him who overcame all of His fears by fixing his eyes on You and You alone.
