Driving our Vibrational Engine - the heart

We are energy – our energy bodies include our physical body, which is part of our 3D existence, but what about our etheric, emotional, or mental bodies. How are those transforming in 2022? The etheric field is the thin protective layer around our physical body, and when it&apos;s healthy, it&apos;s a buffer for our physical body. When we are stressed, overwhelmed, or face a challenge, this layer first gets damaged, and we begin to feel energetically off. Our emotional body is the layer that processes our emotions and feelings. When the etheric layer is damaged, we find it difficult to discern our feelings and emotions from others. When our etheric layer is damaged, we have difficulty stabilizing our emotions. We may feel on the verge of tears all the time or angry at the world and ready to blow up – or blow out. Our emotional body is part of our compass that helps bring decisions and direction – so if this part of us is not healthy, it&apos;s easy for us to get off track.  Since 2017 we&apos;ve been doing deep emotional work, and now we begin work on our mental layer. The mental layer carries our programs, beliefs, and processes that create structure in our life. Transforming our Energetic Bodies

The Lunar New Year starts February 1, 2022 and lasts until January 21st of 2023.  2022 is considered to be the year of the Tiger Water.    Someone born in 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, 2010 or 2022 are under the sign of Tiger.  But this energy will impact all signs.  Tiger is considered a lucky year and its energy provides a boost of motivation. It can also be quite a rollercoaster ride, and there are likely to be plenty of ups and downs on an emotional level. One moment you may feel you are on top of the world. The next, well, not so much. 2022 - The year of the Tiger

Welcome to February! The number 2 means cosmic vibrations of harmony, equilibrium, service, and receptivity. February can be an influential month that brings abundance, hope, spiritual growth, Soul awaking, and GREAT change. We move out of the energy for Mercury and Venus retrogrades to a time of aligning our MIND and HEART.   It&apos;s been cycles of overwhelm, anxiety, stress, calm, low energy to drive. Many of you felt a vibration of nervousness as unsureness of what is next on our path. We are saying Goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022. In life, there are pivotal moments where we have the opportunity to say Goodbye, and then there are other times when we don&apos;t have that opportunity to say Goodbye. The same withhold true where we might have a chance to be introduced to something or to say hello to something new. We might not take advantage of those hellos. We might choose to ignore or avoid them, walk right by and not pause and say hello. You may have had the experience of someone trying to get your attention, and you avoid making eye contact.
