We're back!  After a long winter layoff Captain Tom Werkman, of Werman Outfitters and Ted Kushion re-unite to discuss the 2018 spring Steelhead season.  We'll cover the early march flood, the late march dought, current conditions and techniques.  We'll also introduce the start of the warm-water season on the rivers for Smallmouth and Pike, as well as strategies to improve your success.  The beer was cold and the bourbon was flowing!

In this episode of The Dirty Nympher Podcast, Tom and Ted record live on the Grand River on a 95 degree day in late September.  Our guest is Phil Cusey.  Phil is a veteran fishing guide of 25 years. He spends his time guiding on the Muskegon, Kalamazoo and Grand rivers in western Michigan. Depending on the season, Phil chases trout, salmon, steelhead, smallmouth bass and northern pike.  He is the past president of the West Michigan chapter of Trout Unlimited and the Michigan River Guides Association and enjoys introducing first timers to the sport of fly fishing.
