The Wildcats got the split over the weekend bringing their record to 3-3 on the season, but why does it feel like our record should be worse? We saw a trade that brought some vet experience to the Wildcats and it payed off right away! Thankful Holiday Weekend

Well it was opening weekend in the QMJHL, as the Wildcats were in Bathurst Friday night and then back home for the Home Opener, unfortunately we lost both games.  Adam & Jeremy recap the recap including their thoughts on the home opener ceremonies, as well preview the home & home this weekend with the Eagles. Home Opening Weekend!

WE DID IT, WE MADE IT!!  We are finally finished the preseason, and thankfully we end on a winning note!  We look at the final weekend for this team that finishes the preseason 3-6, and after getting blown out friday to come back and get a win on sunday. We get into Wildcats awards for this season, as well we give our predictions for the QMJHL Final and the MVP for this league! ENJOY!

Final PreSeason Show

We're back for a Throwback episode as we're joined by former co-host Chris Dobson! We are just about finished with the preseason and we look back at the good, bad and ugly of the game vs the Mooseheads It's our last View from the other bench as we go across the bridge to discuss not only last year but this years "All in year" for the Islanders with Play by Play voice Cory Arsenault.  ENJOY!!

To the Island

The Wildcats are back to preseason action as the break is over and it's just good to have hockey back as we hope everyone is healthy in these last few games.  The Wildcats were back in last weekend vs the SeaDogs and it was as we expected, a learning curve, some good some bad but our Euro Jonas Taibel made his debut.  We also good friend of the show Jonathan Roy from Sur la route du junior to preview the Acadie-Bathurst Titan who are coming off a round 2 exit, so how do the Titan look this season? ENJOY!!

Preseason 2nd half

Well as the Wildcats get back into camp we had a so not much in terms of games to talk about this week. So we decide to track down a guest in studio to discuss and preview the Saint John SeaDogs for our "View from the Other Bench" with Station Nation creator Jamie Tozer. Will they host, will they go all in if they aren't the hosts, or will this be a season that is something that NO ONE expects?! We look ahead as the Wildcats are in a home and home with the SeaDogs, Friday in Fredericton and Sunday at 4pm at the Uniplex!  ENJOY!!

In Studio Guest

We are at the halfway mark of Wildcats Training Camp, but that doesn't mean the work stops.  The Wildcats we 2-1 this past week to bring the record to 2- 4 on the Preseason, we finally played a team outside of NB (could have been a better ending) Couple trades last week, most of the cuts were made to get this roster close to opening night shape.  We get a "View from the Other Bench" with the voice of the Halifax Mooseheads Garreth MacDonald to talk about the upcoming season for the Moose.  ENJOY!!

Halfway Through

Well we're into week 2 of Training Camp now that vets are here, we've had the first round of cuts last weekend, after the 2 games vs SeaDogs. Few surprises for us in the first set of cuts for both Jeremy and I. We got a "View from the Other Bench" as we got up with voice of the Cape Breton Eagles and friend of the show Pat McNeil joined us to give us update on the training camp, and off season. We have a NEW CONTEST at the end of the show, as well we give our roster predictions for opening night in Bathurst Wildcats were in Bathurst for preseason during recording & are at the Uniplex tonight vs Titan.   ENJOY!! 

Roster Predictions

It's official we are underway at Wildcats Training Camp!  Rookie Camp kicked off Monday with few practices before the first Red & White game yesterday.  Not much to go off of as it was the first scrimmage, but a few players caught our eye during the scrimmage.  With all the young talent in camp this week we brought in special guest Head Scout for the Moncton Wildcats Alex Gauthier to discuss scouting as well as some of the rookies in the camp! We FINALLY have a game to preview, even being a rookie game vs the SeaDogs...lol   ENJOY!

Going Camping

We're back for another season baby!! Just good to be back in the studio to get you ready for training camp, as we don't have a roster as of yet but we break down who we're excited to see. It's not a premier episode unless we have some great guests, and we couldn't have just one so we got 2, we were pleased to welcome hometown hero's from Alex & Allain Saulnier!! We get into there time with the Flyers, Wilcats and UdeM. Also what they're up to these days in life after hockey. Excited to be back, and talking Training camp as we get ready for 25th season of the Wildcats  ENJOY!!

Season 5 Premier!!

It's the final show of the year for us presented by Muddy Rudder Bar and Grill as we recap the 2021 QMJHL Draft. We couldn't do a post draft show without having the Director of Hockey Operations Ritchie Thibeau join us to discuss his weekend as well looking ahead to the battles in what will be a very contested Training Camp! DRAFT PRESHOW

Another season has come and gone, this was one of the weirdest and hopefully never duplicated again with the late starts, restarts and delays!  We take a look back on what we saw from this team this season, and in looking back we had a special guest join us, your C #92 Jacob Hudson was kind enough to come on and have a chat about his time in Moncton, and his jersey being in the Hall of Fame, among other topics! We looked ahead to a roster, that seems on paper to be tough to find spots for everyone that made an impact here this past season! Season 4 Finale

Hearts were broken over the weekend as the Wildcats were a post away from a chance to have a win and in game, but injuries just were too much to over come in the round robin.  We recap the final week of the playoffs for the Wildcats, we have a special guest join us from Sur la route du junior Jonathan Roy to give us a quick a preview of Round 2 between Titan and Islanders.
