A Co-Founder and President of NXT Sports, Peter leads the NXT LC High School Club Teams & NXT’s Training in the Greater Philadelphia area. He’s also the boss who gave us the green light to push forward and create this podcast. Brian Dougherty, one of the greatest lacrosse players ever, joins this episode and does not disappoint. One of the sport's most decorated and accomplished goaltenders as well as one of the sport's biggest personalities, "Doc" has some great stories and insights. He talks through teaching himself the position, running with it through his playing career at Episcopal Academy, University of Maryland, The MLL (Major Lacrosse League), and finishing in style with Team USA. Brian "Doc" Dougherty

Ryan Manion has dedicated her life to supporting our nation’s military, veterans, and families of fallen heroes. She is inspired by the character, leadership, and sacrifice of her brother 1st Lt. Travis Manion, USMC, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Al Anbar province of Iraq while drawing fire away from his wounded comrades on April 29th, 2007. Coach Leahy, who coached Travis at La Salle College High School, shares some stories of their time together in the classroom and on the playing fields.
