 Victoria French, really is an avid learner. She holds 2 bachelor degrees in the sciences,  a Medical Laboratory Science certification and a Culinary Apprenticeship certificate. She's attending NYU's Culinary Food Studys program with an emphasis on Policy in the fall.  She's definitely not afraid of learning, but we she has had some challenges. We talk today about the things that hold us back from being our authentic self, whether it's fear or people.
