The Importance of End Point

 Our body produces more melatonin around 3 - 4 AM. They call it hormone regulator, some associate it with sleep but melatonin does so many things to our body. There are people who meditate around those hours to work with the natural cycles of the melatonin.   After sitting for a long time at my desk with my computer working on a project, I went outside to stare at the physical realm of the stars and planet at the night sky. It is relaxing indeed.  Understanding the earth have to do with understanding ourselves, this unlocks our potential.  Look at the planets at night and get to know their movements and cycles because whatever it is that is happening outside the earth, has to do with what is happenig inside of it. What happens outside our physical self, has to do with whatever is happening inside it.
