As part of the Consortium’s 35th anniversary celebration, NBC News’ Dylan Dreyer moderated a panel discussion that looked at how participation in sports impacts women’s lives beyond the playing field and discussed such questions as, do women athletes lead differently? And, how does professional competition impact success outside the sports arena?
