SELF CARE Life can be so stressful, distracting and busy to the point that we aren't giving some time for our self to reflect and to do the things we like to be doing. We can't really blame the world for it. It happens that we put in 90 percent of our time to Work, School, Relationships or Family and not being able to put time for ourself. I hope you can relate to where I am right now and get inspire to be doing the same too.  Give your self some self love this week !!

From what I can remember there was something unique and different about me. I have carried it to where I am now today. I have always thought it as a positive outcome however it is  a challenge that I  still deal with everyday.

We don't realize how powerful mind and body can do. We can accomplish a lot of things. By being persistent helps as grow and learn even more as person. How can we increase our perseverance order to succeed in life. 

Being Persistent

Fear plays a huge part in our life. Rather than staying away from it instead we embrace it with an open heart and mind. Being scared to be hurt in the future is human nature behaviour. Being comfortable with fear ables us to go through difficult situations in life and also helps us  learn and grow even more. 

Let Yourself Be Wounded

Human beings are born and made to be social. We are born to create and help each other to create a well balanced world.  Every individual is learning and slowly growing from all the challenges. What a better way to do that is by socializing and being kind to one another.
