Facebook Groups - Are they worth it? Does anyone even use Facebook anymore? What do I do with my Facebook Group? To young people in their 20s, Facebook may seem like a really antiquated form of social networking that not many people are effectively engaging with.Business Insider stated that users aged 55-65 years old are the fastest growing demographic. So that’s fantastic if your sales targets are in this population. If you’re trying to engage with the younger generation, then it may be a different story. In this episode, I discuss how I manage my Facebook Groups and the tips and tricks that work for me. I list all of the wonderful reasons why I love them and the organisational tools that are very important when you’re running your own business. I then compare them to the drawbacks and share with you how your group may not be engaging everyone effectively due to algorithm problems. If you’re still keen on Facebook, I run you through the top 5 things that you can start implementing to revive or begin your group so that it builds a strong sense of community and everybody loves participating. We finish off by talking about other platforms that are really useful to begin a community around your business. What's the deal with Facebook Groups?

The way I’ve journeyed as an entrepreneur has always been so spirit-led and flowy but I’ve found myself desiring lately to connect the work I’ve done with my energetic body and bring it back into balance with my physical body.In this solo episode, I talk about my recent experience with kinesiology, how the universe led me there, and why it’s so important to take note of what our bodies are telling us. Practicing gratitude in your life and business is so important to living a life that’s soul led and in alignment. When gratitude wins with serial entrepreneur Dan Masci

3 mindset shifts I made to charge more

Over the last 3 years, I have learnt that it’s a completely different sales process to make high ticket sales in your business. You need to be able to build a relationship with your client and focus on soul led selling. This process will lead you to create such an abundance in your business and your life. In this episode, I share with you our recent trip to the beautiful Port Douglas to take a moment away to recentre ourselves. You’d know by now that one of my favourite things to do is talk about spirituality and how to live a life aligned with higher self. An important part of that conversation is exploring our experiences in the shadows, doing the inner work that inevitably leads to breakthroughs.I have such a beautiful soul on the show today to talk about just that; my friend and client, Michelle Gordon.
