First Responders and your Family: Strategies to manage the COVID-19 Pandemic

In This podcast, Dr. Heidi Abraham discusses District 7's Operational K9 Medical Program and the impact it has for preventing unnecessary harm and further disability to injured Operational K9s with the Bexar County Sheriffs Office K9 unit. 3 - Freestanding ER: When to transport!

Dr Manifold and Chief Clarkson discuss two recent cases and how the medic’s interactions influenced the decisions and  impacted the care provided to our patients.  We don’t’ expect every patient to transported to the hospital but there are obvious scenes where you know the patients need to be assessed and transported.  Asking the patient , “Do you want to go to the hospital?”  may not be the best question to ask.
