On the other hand, according to WHO only, Affordable, effective and feasible strategies exist to promote, protect and restore mental health. The need for action on mental health is indisputable and urgent. Mental health has intrinsic and instrumental value and is integral to our well-being. Mental health is determined by a complex interplay of individual, social and structural stresses and vulnerabilities. Keeping yourself physically fit helps you in keeping yourself mentally fit. But, this is not enough, and there is a gap. That gap is called mental health. Religion, spirituality and philosophy have emerged out of this gap only. India has always been a curious case for rest of the world due to the uniqueness. Psychologists, sociologists, anthropologists etc. both from India and abroad have done remarkable job in studying rituals and beliefs like Shraddh and Moksha. This is why, from Victorian era to post pandemic time, wise men are fighting against this discrimination. Brands are promoting the idea of challenging stereotypes. But, as in many other social media movements, body positivity is also overlapping the purposeful boundaries. Here lies the question - what should be the rightful approach towards our body?
