Turning your pains into pearls: Today we are talking about how to turn your pains into pearls. I am sharing from the most recent emotionally painful events in my life and how in sharing our experiences, we are able to process the pains and transform them into pearls of wisdom. I will show you how to quickly identify and heal any hidden blocks of pain, bitterness and resentments that you may not even be consciously aware of. This is the key to true freedom for every area of our life. I know this to be true.  My series is part of my own journey of Motherhhod- from Martyr to Matriarch aka the "Queen". This is a journey shared about my own path of single and painful/pleasant moments of motherhood as an Empath, with PTSD and learning to let all five of my children "go, so we all can grow". My current transition is in letting my almost 13 year old daughter stay in Vegas with her father as I make a major move to Colorado this week. Hope it inspires and encourages you to be brave, bold and unapologetically real and raw in your own sharing of your story and shining your light.

Today's episode is all about forgiveness. The ultimate reason that we forgive is to keep our own hearts soft, to allow our own soul the freedom to breathe and to keep us as humans in a state of grace. We never do it for the other person. We let go of the pain so our wounds can heal, release the hurt, betrayal and disappointment so we can experience the ultimate freedom. It does not condone the behavior of family, friends or foes, nor does it give them permission to do it again. Forgiveness does not make us a doormat. We forgive so that we may be free. To love again, to laugh again, to live again and to let go of the shackles around our hearts. This includes forgiving ourselves as well. Today I get very personal with some of my own issues surrounding forgiveness. After we chat about it for a little bit I will guide you through a short meditation/healing process to help you in letting go and forgiving anyone that has wronged you or hurt you, betrayed, deceived, etc,- and this also includes forgiving yourself. Today is going to be really good ;)

In today's episode we will talk about emotions and specifically, sadness. We live in a world lately that seems to be robotically hung up on the "be happy, be positive, think happy thoughts 24 hours a day and all will be rosy posey polly-wonderful...all...the...time..." Please.  Although I have been a PollyAnna my entire life, I am also an nth degree Empath/HSP and allow myself to feel fully every emotion that is natural and a very large part of us being Spiritual beings on earth that are having a human experience.  Today, I will debunk that myth of happy 100% of the time and shine a little light and love on the truth and gift of all our emotions. We will discuss healthy ways to process, work through and release the ones we don't want to hold or harbor for extended periods of time. The five main emotions as I will share today, come from a favorite newer family movie of mine- The Disney/Pixar movie "Inside Out". These five main emotions are Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust and Fear.
