Jason Khalipa competed an incredible 8 consecutive times at The CrossFit Games, winning the event in 2008. Since then he has continued to pioneer within the fitness industry, opening his own gym in 2008 and going on to open multiple locations worldwide through NCFIT. Jason's 'AMRAP Mentality' is key to his success and we got to the bottom of what exactly that means. Furthermore, in 2016 Jason's daughter Ava was diagnosed with Leukemia. We spoke to Jason about how this impacted him and his family, how they've come to deal with it and the unbelievable philanthropic work they do now through a number of charities including Ava's Kitchen. Despite David's injury carrying a fatality rate of 99.9% he recovered and has gone on to rebuild his life completely, overcoming multiple obstacles along the way including mental health issues and depression, even going as far as considering suicide.  David's story is a truly inspiring one; Rosie and John find out exactly what it took for him to overcome his challenges and how this can relate to the adversities many of us face in everyday life. Now a motivational speaker, for which he has a Ted Talk this weekend in Bristol, David's story is not one you want to miss.
