Welcome to the Redacted Podcast! Today's discussion is mainly focused around stoicism, an ancient philosophy developed by the Greeks and Romans that focuses on self-control of one's emotions and actions in times of stress, the pursuit of true happiness, the importance of virtue, and living according to the laws of nature.
