Long Beach was a jam packed weekend! The meat and potatoes of the weekend revolved around the opportunity to finally watch Westside vs. the World, directed by Michael Fahey, as well as a Conjugate U seminar put on by Nate Harvey. This episode does not follow the typical show format. Instead it covers each aspect of the trip as it comes. I had a great workout at MetroFlex gym in Long Beach, and i talk about my opinion of how they run things. The second section covers WestSide vs the World and includes an interview with director Michael Fahey. We end the podcast with a discussion of the Conjugate U seminar. If you are interested in jumping towards the section where i interview Michael it starts right around 11:40. All right, another solo podcast! My buddies and I recorded a podcast earlier in the day the unfortunate thing about it was that I was a little to inebriated to create a quality product. This means that I needed to record a new one. I sometimes think I care too much about what I put into the world. Rest assured, Dakota and Jason, the original podcast guests will return soon to get another crack at it and I will be far less drunk to make sure things flow correctly.
