I Lied.... confession

My therapist told me that I should try this...I’ve been in a really bad break up that in my opinion is gonna effect me for a long time. So I hope this can help me talking things out I hope someone other than my therapist is listening as well... my hope this journey is full of life, laughs and new friendships?
