During the times of a global pandemic it seems racism has hit yet another peak on the forever rollercoaster that is oppression. It is no longer a time to be a bystander and claim it isn't our problem. If we are not fighting against inequality regardless of skin color then we are in fact a part of the problem itself. In this episode my hope is to ignite a fire in you to join the fight and end racism. Stand up for what is right.

While the World stands still, keep moving forward. Anxiety and stress are at an all time high for most people these days. This is a reminder that by enduring this challenge we're all facing, progress is being made whether you feel it or not. Don't be so hard on yourself.

The world is enduring a pandemic that has turned our lives and routines upside down. Stress and anxiety have overtaken many of us. In this episode I offer some advice and some everyday methods that can help alleviate the overwhelming emotions we're experiencing. We're all in this together, support is much needed and welcomed during this time.

In this episode I raise awareness on the topic of bullying. So many millions of people dread going to work or school the next day because of the way other people treat them. Nobody should have to go through those feelings. 

Say Goodnight- Sunday Scaries

In our everlasting war against anxiety and the "Sunday scaries" continues I shed some light on information that shows we're all in this battle together. There's also an added incentive and suggestion to make your Mondays something you actually look forward to!

Sunday nights fill millions of people of all ages with anxiety. The reasons are endless but it seems that Sunday magnifies it. New work week, school week, you name it. Every Sunday I will be here to try and help alleviate the anxiety through Say Goodnight

We never truly know what others are going through. Even with our own slate of problems or "bad days" we should always take the time to be kind to others. it has a tremendous impact on people and could very well be the key to making the world a better place.

Episode 10- Be Kind to Others

A lot of us naturally compare and contrast our lives with those of others. Want to be like certain people, have what they have, do what they do. It's time you realize you should be your own person and start your own trend. Separate mind, body, and soul. Stop trying to fit in.

We always need to do what's best for ourselves. That includes surrounding yourself with the right people and maintaining the best relationships for you. Cleansing toxic relationships is a hard part of life, but truly necessary. If they're not playing a good role in your life, then it's time to realize you're only inhibiting yourself.

It's time we stop pretending that nothing we do makes us proud of ourselves. From big to small there are countless reasons to find the pride in your life.

Are there habits, routines, or characteristics of yourself that you're trying or wanting to change? Finding it difficult? Remember you absolutely CAN do it. Believe in yourself and be patient. It's completely possible.

In this episode we cover a very critical topic, being able to choose the mood we're in and the way we view daily events in our lives. Specifically the ones out of our control. Being able to accept what is and remaining positive is an extremely beneficial tool in sustaining a happy life.

In this episode I remind everyone, myself included, that we all have different brains and therefore will not always agree or believe in the same thing as each other. Instead getting mad or trying to persuade we should just understand that what's happening is TOTALLY ok. And either accept it or move on.

Tonight I discuss how spending your time and energy on other people's problems really holds you back. I give you a mantra I came up with that has helped me remember to steer clear of this, and of course, I say goodnight.

For anyone that needs a little help going to sleep. To hear some positivity before bed. Maybe a sense of inclusion. To help battle loneliness, depression, anxiety etc. We all deserve to have someone say goodnight to us. We all know how nice it is to hear something optimistic before we fall asleep. A reminder that, you've got this and tomorrow is a new day.
