I really hope everyone is safe and okay! My prayers go out to anyone who has and or has loast a loved one to it! This isn't easy for everyone but one thing I do know i that this WILL END! We just have to have faith and do our Part and Stay Home, be healthy, and help eachother out! and the most important one STAY HOME!!

In this episode I talk about how I got to ahead of myself and how I started being a little more realistic! I got over excited and started to do way too much! So at this moment all I'm going to do is document the process and get more educated so I can eventually help people on their goal. Whether it's to Lose,Gain, or Maintain Weight! also people who happen to have a Medical Problem!!

So much work to be done! I have to start putting way more work right now it will be worth it later on I'm just tired of the fitness industry taking advantage of people who are vulnerable!! So I'm going to to do something about it
