Whoever counts how many times I say um and get's it right is the winner. Jokes aside, what you wear can be so helpful with how you feel. I wrote about it once and you can read that here, but it is important to remember in quarantine. 

What are you wearing??

The stigma around mental health is everywhere in society. Online platforms contribute majorly to the spread of wrong information causing society to paint their own picture around mental illness. I talk about what the stigma is and self stigma vs society stigma. Slowly, but surely I'm getting over my podcast fear so don't mind the breathing!

What's the deal with this stigma?

Honest facts-  I say "um" a lot. Speaking like this makes me nervous. I don't know how long to talk for. I need to just keep doing this. Someone will listen and join in on ending the stigma around mental health. Completely honest introduction in what you can expect for this podcast.
