Procrastination is not our nature, it is a habit that is formed gradually over a period of time! Thus to overcome Procrastination one needs to have a strong will, determination & passion to overcome it.All of us know that to lose weight, we need to have a calorie deficit diet and a good exercise routine but it's only when we get into the new routine and work on Overcoming our old habits can we make space for new habits Hence just a belief and affirmation every day that I am powerful and can turn around any situation in my life will aid us to overcome Procrastination and make us take action to achieve our Goals!
