58 - Learning How To Advocate For Yourself w/Kendra Judy

In today's episode we are going to dive into a topic that has been a big part of my healing over the last 4.5 months - Epstein Barr Virus. You would be surprised how many people are effected by EBV and don't even realize it, yet it's something that can greatly impact our overall health. And this is exactly what happened to my guest Integrative Health Practitioner, Taylor Scarpello. Taylor reached out to me on social while I was extremely sick over the summer with Mono and just beginning to learn more about EBV. She was so sweet, wanting to see if there was anything she could do to help me in my journey since she too had suffered with Epstein Barr Virus and how much it had torn her world apart.
