You already know your Human Design type. Maybe you know your strategy and authority too. You've had that exhale of recognition, that oh, that's why moment, and then you went back to your everyday life not changing a thing. Conditioning doesn't live in your conscious mind, which is exactly why understanding it doesn't automatically change it. In this episode I'm giving subliminal messaging its own spotlight, because it deserves it. I walk through how Subliminal by Design came to be, why it works at the level where the pattern actually lives, and exactly how conditioning shows up differently for each Human Design Type and what the deconditioning sounds like specifically for yours. Your type is addressed...so dive in! In this episode we explore:

Why awareness alone doesn't stop the pattern and what actually has to shift underneath

How Subliminal by Design started as something I was doing for private clients

Why every audio begins with nervous system safety and what that means for each type specifically

A breakdown of all five Human Design Types: Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, Manifestor, and Reflector, and how conditioning runs differently for each one

Why the most powerful deconditioning work you can do requires nothing extra from your already full plate

Mentioned in this episode:

The Awareness Arc series, start with Episode 12, The Anchor

Episode 13, Reflect: Human Design as a Living Map

Episode 14, Reclaim: Going Underneath the Pattern

Episode 15, Refine: When the Practice Becomes What You Return To

Subliminal by Design Audio Journey

The 30 Day Midlife Energy Reset

Connect with Kerry:

Instagram: @itskerrywalsh

Website: Kerry Walsh Wellness

Quote from this episode:"The drift is not the failure. Ep 16 Subliminal by Design: Below the Conscious Mind

This is the third and final phase of the Awareness Arc, and it's the one that doesn't look like what most people expect. Refine isn't the phase where everything becomes perfect and the hard conversations stop being hard. It's the phase where the tools become so woven into your life that when you drift from them you feel it. Where the practice isn't something you have to remember to do anymore, it's just part of how you live. And when you return to it, and you will return to it, that's not falling back. That's the arc doing exactly what it's designed to do. In this episode I share my own experience of what Refine actually looks like from the inside, including the mornings the chickens win and the quiet days where things start feeling off and I realize I haven't been doing my tools. Because that noticing? That is the work working. In this episode we explore:

What Refine actually feels like from the inside, and why it's quieter than you expect

The moment I know a client has moved into Refine, and why she almost rarel sees it herself

Why the practice doesn't become perfect, it becomes what you return to

How subliminal audios work differently than belief work and why they became the bow on the package in this phase

Why Refine leads naturally back into Reflect, and why that's not starting over

Mentioned in this episode:

The Awareness Arc series, start with Episode 12, The Anchor

Episode 13, Reflect: Human Design as a Living Map

Episode 14, Reclaim: Going Underneath the Pattern

Subliminal by Design

The 30 Day Midlife Energy Reset

Next episode: Episode 16, Subliminal by Design

Connect with Kerry:

Instagram: @itskerrywalsh

Website: Kerry Walsh Wellness

Quote from this episode:"The practice doesn't become perfect. Ep 15 Refine: When the Practice Becomes What You Return To

In this episode I'm taking you into the second phase of The Awareness Arc, Reclaim, and specifically what happens when awareness alone isn't enough to change the pattern. This episode is for the woman who has done the work. She knows her patterns, she might even know her Human Design, and she still finds herself in the same moment, the triggered response, the familiar wall, wondering why knowing better isn't the same as doing better. What we explore in this episode is what's actually happening underneath the awareness, and what becomes possible when you go there. In this episode we explore:

Why awareness alone has a ceiling and what needs to happen next

Why the subconscious mind lives in the body, not the head, and why this changes everything

How the Mental and Emotional Release process works and why it's structured for safety

What release actually feels like in the body and the day after

The pendulum swing, what it is, why it happens, and why it means the process is working

What Reclaim actually produces in real life, in relationships, in conversations, in the moments that used to feel impossible

Mentioned in this episode:

The Awareness Arc series, start with Episode 12, The Anchor

Episode 13, Reflect, Human Design as a Living Map

The 30 Day Midlife Energy Reset

Next episode: Refine. Ep 14 Reclaim. Going Underneath the Pattern

In this episode I'm taking you into the first phase of The Awareness Arc, Reflect, and specifically how Human Design becomes a living map for understanding yourself and the people in your closest relationships. This episode is for you whether you've been studying Human Design for years or you've never pulled a chart in your life. If you landed here today, I don't think that's an accident. In this episode we explore:

Why relationship friction isn't a you problem or a them problem, it's a design problem

How Human Design changes the story from something is wrong with us to oh, this is how we're each wired

Why awareness alone doesn't release the pattern and what comes next

The difference between a chart reading and actually using Human Design as a living map

How the beliefs underneath our patterns start to surface through Reflect and become the doorway into Reclaim

Mentioned in this episode:

The Awareness Arc series, start with Episode 12, The Anchor

The 30 Day Midlife Energy Reset

Connect with Kerry:

Instagram: @itskerrywalsh

Website: www.kerrywalshwellness.com

Quote from this episode:"The design is always echoing. From Performance to Presence: My Journey with Burnout, Energy & Identity

Welcome to Stillness is Strategy™ — The Space Between for Women in Midlife. I am Kerry Walsh, a Human Design Embodied Guide for Women in Midlife and a 5/1 Mental Projector who had discovered that our deepest exhaustion isn't about doing too much, it's about living against our natural design. For most of my life, I absorbed, observed, and reflected the world around me...until I discovered Human Design, subconscious release work, and the truth that our bodies keep score of every time we override ourselves. This podcast is for the midlife women who are done with surface-level changes. You have tried the morning routines. You have read the books. You have optimized yourself into exhaustion. But something still feels off... like you're playing by the rules of a game you were never designed to win. This show is for women ready to decode their nervous system, rewire their subconscious beliefs, and step into the energy they were actually designed to embody. Here is what we explore:

Human Design — Understanding your energetic blueprint so you stop fighting your own nature

Subconscious Rewiring — Using MER, subliminals, and belief change to release what's been holding you back

Nervous System Recalibration — Addressing the patterns that keep you stuck in old versions of yourself

The Awareness Arc — My signature framework: Reflect, Reclaim, Refine

This isn't about doing more. It's about being differently. We are talking nervous system recalibration, subliminal reprogramming, and stepping into the woman your soul knows you are meant to be, not the woman your nervous system thinks is safe. If you're ready to move through midlife not as a crisis, but as your evolutionary transformation, you are in the right place my friend. Because stillness is not passive...it's where your subconscious rewrites the story, and where clarity emerges from calm.
