It's the not-special-in-any-way episode where Melanie and Josh talk about their weird (awesome) dog. We answer embarrassing questions from a popular, terrible advice website. A guy spells "fruits" like the sugary children's cereal. We take a call from everyone's favorite audience participation expert. And we end the show by talking about things that we are actually embarrassed that we did.

Episode 16 - Hair of the Dog

In this episode, we wish our moms a Happy Mother's day, and we wish Melanie and some of her nameless pregnant friends a Happy Expectant Mother's Day. Kyle rambles on and on about Minecraft. The conversation pushes through a gray area and eventually emerges in a utopia, where we only pay for the things we want. Melanie is forced to talk to people at Starbucks. And lastly (but not leastly) we play a voice mail from our number one listener.

Episode 15 - Lego Room

In this episode, we talk about BBC nature documentaries. Then we discuss pop culture items like: creepy little girls who bring dogs back to life and the merits of nudity in HBO original series. Finally, we discuss baby names, nick names, bear names, and Baby names.

Episode 14 - Thtar Warth

It's Mel's golden birthday! We talk about leap birthdays, and the scientific questions that we might be able answer by studying twins born into different years or astralogical signs. We talk about menstrual songs, some movies we've seen recently, and some phrases in other languages that might come in handy in a specific situation. Kyle gets confirmation (from a completely unbiased source) that "manners" guy was in the wrong. And, Steven continues to provide us limitless conversation topics.

Episode 13 - Tampon Regimen(t)

We start the show strong, by not doing anything for Earth Day. Then we talk (guess?) about learning for about an hour. We talk about the inherent humor of swapping gender roles in certain films. Then we plagiarize a few stories. And finally, Steven carries the burden for all of our listeners.

Episode 12 - This Episode is a Metaphor for Phillip Seymour Hoffman's Publicist

We break the rules by talking about religion and politics. We apologize and demand apologies. We talk about confirmation bias and the terrible effects it has on people who aren't aware of it. We have a super nerdy edition of Versus where we talk about dinosaurs, space magic, and whether a Supermassive Black Hole can be used as a pun, or just a suggestive punchline. And finally, we count down to your 2012 TKD:TSC Haiku Contest Winner and Runners-Up.

Episode 11 - The Unknowable Inifinity of Space

Happy Easter! We celebrate by talking about some of the non-religous aspects of the holiday. Melanie explains how she's going to trick her mind into not feeling pain, which causes us to all feel relaxed and sleepy. We pretend to be a count from Austria. Blehh. We talk for music for an hour, and Melanie tells us about this one Halloween song she knows. And, we finally announce an end to the haiku contest.

Episode 10 - Hypnobirthed Easter Bullfrog

We apologize to our foreign listeners. We talk about the teacher's dilemma between promoting self-confidence and teaching correct pronunciation. We talk about high school fashion. We discuss the latest movies and video games. And we wrap up the show with our haiku contest. This is your last chance to enter!

In this episode, we discover that Kyle is amused by things that the rest of the gang finds boring. Melanie has a "math" dream. Melanie and Josh convince Kyle to see 21 Jump Street. Melanie goes maternity clothes shopping, and Kyle tells unprovoked baby-belly-touchers that they have emotional problems. Finally we help Josh prepare for his phone interview, and we wrap up the show by reminding you about the haiku contest.

We talk about traffic tickets and strategies for getting out of them. We guilt Melanie into joining Twitter. We play Versus: Hygiene Edition.
