Dr. Marci Armstrong is the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs at the prestigious Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and a 6 time teaching award nominee.  Dr. Armstrong is the Director of the new Brierly Institue for Customer Engagement and the first Brierly Institue Endowed Professor.Dr. Armstrong is also a consultant for public and private companies of all sizes specializing in driving customer loyalty.The Brierly Institue is the first institute dedictated to the study of loyalty and customer engagement.
