The Run – 7 Seconds of Life | Anand Paramanபிறந்த அடுத்த நொடியிலிருந்தே நம்முடைய வாழ்க்கைப் பயணம் தொடங்கிவிடுகிறது. The Run – 7 Seconds of Life

THE RUN – 7 SECONDS OF LIFE

A Philosophical Film by Anand Paraman
What if the moment you are born, your countdown has already begun?Imagine a child taking its first breath. From that very second, time starts moving. The child begins running—not because it knows where to go, but because life keeps moving forward.During childhood, there is innocence. No competition, no comparison, no pressure to prove anything. Then comes teenage life. Suddenly, we discover different paths. Education, career, business, art, sports, and countless possibilities. We start choosing our direction. As adulthood arrives, the race becomes faster. We begin comparing ourselves with others. Their salary, their business, their success, their lifestyle, their possessions. Some choose the path they genuinely want. Others follow the crowd. Some run towards happiness, while many unknowingly run away from themselves. We keep chasing the next milestone, the next achievement, the next position, and the next level of success. But there is one reality we rarely stop to think about.Time never stops. And none of us knows how much time is left. One day, we will reach the final destination. And at that moment, we cannot carry our wealth, properties, positions, businesses, awards, or social status with us.What remains is the impact we created, the people we loved, the relationships we nurtured, the experiences we lived, and the memories we left behind. The Run – 7 Seconds of Life is not a story about winning a race.It is a reminder to question the race itself. Are you running on a path you consciously chose?Or are you simply running because everyone else is running? Are you building a life you want to live?Or are you spending your life trying to prove something to others? You cannot stop time. You cannot reverse the journey. But you can choose how you spend the time you have.Because life is not just about reaching the destination. It is about being alive while travelling towards it.Don't just run through life. Live it.One life. One journey. Your path. Your choice.
