I suffered years of sexual abuse from multiple family members, years of physical and abuse from my ex spouse and I kept all this trauma tucked away in my heart for decades. In my new book, “Behind Closed Doors” I share the pathway I took to get free from these traumatic events. I believe far too many people carry around the weight of painful things that happened to them behind closed doors. This is why I created a Behind Closed Doors Journal as well to coincide with the book. This isn’t an ordinary journal. This journal of a step in the direction of healing.
