For the This Shit is Mental finale, we reflect on our experience as first-time podcasters. We share our learnings, funny anecdotes and discuss how our approach changed over the course of the season. All in all, it is a really honest conversation between two friends trying out new things! Habits are a way for your brain to streamline your day. A habit is something that you perform subconsciously, which means it costs you little energy. Today we talk about both helpful and unhelpful habits, and give tips on making and breaking them. For example, we talk about how different people have different tendencies when it comes to habits, why it&apos;s difficult to break habits and strategies for adopting the habits you want and need.

#9 Habits: The Good, the Bad, and the Difficult to Get Rid Of

Setting boundaries is a way for us to draw the line in how we allow ourselves and others to treat us. Healthy boundaries are there to protect ourselves and command respect. Just remember that these lines are not set in stone and can always be erased and/or redrawn as needed. This episode is a true glimpse into what a usual conversation between us sounds like! We share many examples of what setting boundaries in different contexts may look like and we reflect on why this can be so difficult to do in practice. Moreover, we come to the realisation that often times the little things are what matter the most!

While anxiety can be a natural response to everyday situations, it becomes problematic when it starts holding you back.
