Episode 1 of my first Podcast is an introductory episode that gives the listener a brief history of my life successfully living with kidney failure. As a college graduate and professional educator with over 30-years of experience living with kidney failure, you will realize that kidney failure is not a death sentence—but a life sentence. You will also be enlightened on all six kidney failure modalities (peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, transplant, nocturnal hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, & home nocturnal hemodialysis) that I have experienced throughout my thirty-plus years living with kidney disease. You will also be made aware of the three main factors that lead to my successful kidney failure living. In short, all listeners will learn how to master and successfully live with kidney failure by practicing the proper dietary lifestyle of learning how to properly exercising the Three W’s: Weight, Waste, and Water Management of optimal kidney failure living.
