End of summer catch up

My heart goes out to the families involved in this terrible incident that happened in Plymouth last night. My personal thoughts after hearing such sad and unbelievable news. How society systems fail individuals which results in such a devastating way that then effected the wider community. Rip to the beautiful souls lost on the unfortunate evening.

The systems fault in society

Mixed up in an emotional frenzy I gain some clarity and awareness, firstly i can a be a dick at times, shit can get confusing, misdirected and plain avoided. But this shit happens I’m human, least once we gain that awareness we can pull things back. Not back to what they were but to something new. Creating a better life with good boundaries, mindset and self care. Life can get distancing at times but remember you are in charge and make the choices for your life.

Trying to understand my own emotions dealing with grief in such a complicated situation. Current thoughts chasing round my mind, feelings, thoughts, hopes and wishes. Raw and Real.

A positive update I’m regards to my housing hell starring the all mighty mice of London and my growth with confidence and asserting myself firmly but remaining my pleasant polite self.

Progression over perfection

After seeing/ hearing the awful tragedy that happened local to me I’m in utter shock and completely disgusted in the society with live in and have created for ourselves. How can this be the normal, how is this even accepted as some kind of ‘normal’ for a city. It’s not ok society needs to change before all lives are destroyed. Biggest condolences to the boys family and friends in this traumatic time. RIP to the young and brave life that has sadly been taken for his loved ones ?

Just a little chat about being ok with having emotions and bad/low days as that is very normal yet society shames us for this. Going from my last two podcasts and some of the conversations that have grown from from this, I want to give understanding that have these moments does not define us, these are temporary feelings, emotions and situations that can feel a multiple of ways but it’s temporary which means just going with it let yourself feel whatever it is, awareness is half the battle. Mental health is very consfusing, life’s very confusing but we need to remember to be kind to ourselves, let ourselves go through the processes we need to maintain and healthy and happy life. Bad days are just as important as the good days, they give us understanding and growth.
