On todays V&Z show we have guest Elise White, a power lifter  who explains what motivated her to become a power lifter, especially in a world where women are continually pressurised by marketing companies to look a certain way, also joining her is Ollie Macnamee - a comic con expert who uses superheroes to encourage young people to write stories.
