Jenny has been working in the Tenderloin in San Francisco in social services and shares her perspective on some of the causes of homelessness - poverty, lack of living wage, lack of affordable housing, mental illness, and veteran status. She also shares her story how her family was homeless when she was 15. It's a very emotional and passionate episode.

Paul describes how he decided to and gained the motivation to turn his life around - he went from being homeless to becoming a medic in the army.
