On this weeks episode we congratulate the Bucks on becoming the 2021 NBA Champions. The Bucks played hard and they earned this win and congrats to Giannis on being named the finals MVP. Also shoutout to the Phoenix Suns because even though they did not win they fought hard and  played well all season and even during the playoffs. We also discuss the upcoming Tokyo Olympics and how we are rooting for Team USA in all events and we just hope they fight hard and play well. Lastly we discuss Space Jam: A New Legacy and give our opinions. If you have not seen it we suggest that you do and watch it from a new perspective and not through the eyes of thinking its going to be exactly like the original. We both agreed that it had moments and that it wasn't horrible but its a movie we don't have to watch again. Watch it and let us know your opinion and also go back and watch the original.

Bucks Win & Space Jam Review

On this weeks episode we continue discussing the NBA finals between the Phoenix Suns and the Milwaukee Bucks. The series is currently tied 2-2 but whoever wins Game 5 can see a sense of momentum changing and could have the upper hand in winning the championship. We are still hoping for a Suns win but the if Bucks continue to play how they have been playing they could very well be your 2021 NBA Champions. We also discuss Team USA basketball and how the men are looking for replacements for Kevin Love and Bradley Beal. We also mention how the men lost an exhibition game and how the Olympics will not be a cake walk and they are going to have to take it serious. Lastly we congratulate Candace Parker on being the first WNBA player to grace the cover of 2k. The honor is well deserved and we hope to see more WNBA players on the cover. 

NBA Finals & Team USA in Trouble?!

Shoutout to DrewDwn of the 3rdLegDelivery Podcast for being a great co-host!  On this weeks episode we discuss the remainder of the Eastern & Western Conference Finals. We give congratulations to the Phoenix Suns on securing a spot in the NBA Finals by defeating the LA Clipper in Game 6. We discuss how Chris Paul is a solid option fo the NBA Finals MVP and that we are proud that he is finally getting his opportunity and his flowers. Next we move on the ECF and how the Bucks were leading 3-2 heading into game 6 but we were hoping for a Hawks win to force a game 7. No matter the outcome however myself and Drew both had Phoenix winning the championship. Next we shift gears on move not he 2021 Tokyo Olympics and discussed the drama that unfolded towards the end of the week around Sha'Carri Richardson. Sha'Carri tested positive for marijuana in her system and has been disqualified to run to the 100m race at the olympics and is also on a 30 day suspension. She will not be able to participate in the 100m event but still has a chance to participate in the relay. Drew and myself agreed that we do not like the suspension BUT we also understand that they Olympic committee has rules and she broke them. Regardless we will not crucify her and she has a chance to be greater because she is already great.  Let us know your thoughts on who is winning the NBA Finals but also your thoughts on Sha'Carri Richardson.  

Playoffs Continuation & Olympics Drama

On this weeks episode we keep the discussion going to the NBA Playoffs. We touch on the Phoenix Suns and how they swept the Denver Nuggets and are headed to the Western Conference Finals. We discuss the series between the Utah Jazz and the Los Angeles Clippers and how we are hoping for a Jazz win to even the series and have game 7. We talk about the Bucks and Nets series and how in game 5 Kevin Durant put on a clinic in the 4th quarter to get his team the win but in game 6 the Bucks came back to even the series and force a game 7. Lastly we discuss the Hawks vs 76ers and how the Hawks came back from a huge deficit to force a game 7. We discuss the trade of Kemba Walker leaving the Celtics and going Thunder, We also discuss the craziness of the NBA on Wednesday June 16th; from Kawhi being out, CP3 being out due to health and safety protocols and SVG leaving the Pelicans. Lastly we talked about the rant Lebron James went on after the news of Kawhi being out due to injury. Do you agree with his thoughts, let us know! 

The Fun of Playoff Season

On this weeks episode we salute Naomi Osaka on her decision to withdraw from the French Open for mental health reasons but we also discuss the backlash the she has been receiving as well. If you have not heard Duke mens basketball legendary Coach K is retiring after the completion of the upcoming season. Coach K has had a great career at Duke and we wish well and his next journey. The first round of the NBA playoffs have been pretty exciting. We touch on Miami being the only team to get swept in the first round to the defending champs, the LA Lakers getting booted in the first round by the Phoenix Suns. We give our predictions for round 2 in both conferences and who want want or expect to see moving forward.  Special shoutout to our guest this week, A-Train of the ATrainShow.

Naomi Osaka, Coack K Retires and NBA Playoffs

We back! On this weeks episode we proudly discuss the STL Cardinals and how well they are playing during this season. We hope this momentum continues into the post season. We give a special shoutout to JCole on his new professional basketball endeavors overseas; even thought during one of his games he struggled from the field but he living out his dream. Playoff season has arrived for both the NHL and NBA and its our favorite time of year. The STL Blues are currently in the playoffs but they have been struggling against the Colorado Avalanche. If they want to move on to the next series they need to do better but honestly we don't see it happening. Switching gears to NBA the Eastern conference is set but we are still waiting on the 8th seed to be determined for the West. The year the NBA decided to give his more basketball by adding a play-in tournament but its not giving what they thought it would give. This final play-in tournament is between he Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies. We both agree that the Grizzlies are a solid squad but in tough moments Steph is going to Steph. Lastly we make out first round predictions and its pretty hilarious! 

From Baseball to Playoff Season

We back! On this weeks episode we discuss the WNBA Draft and how exciting it is seeing players having their goals accomplished but also the excitement that their families have as well. We touch on LaMarcus Aldridge and his unexpected retirement due to health complications. We aren't sure what is in store next for LaMarcus but we wish him all the best. Its not easy giving up something you love but when it comes to your health you must always do what is best. We briefly talk about the 2020 NBA HOF awards show that will air this year and Michael Jordan has been chosen to honor Kobe Bryant. Lastly we discuss the Tokyo Olympics that were postponed last year and were planning to happen this year; however we aren't too sure. Will or won't it happen?! 

Lets Talk: LaMarcus Aldridge, WNBA Draft and Tokyo Olympics

During this weeks episode we discussed the retirement of Drew Brees. We hope Drew Brees has an amazing retirement and we wish him well on his new journey for life after football. We also discuss the STL Blues and how they have been on a losing streak but that we hope it gets better and that the team can turn it around. Next we touch on baseball and how the league will be allowing fans to attend but at a certain percentage for capacity. Vicki D mentioned that she will be in attendance for the Cardinals opening day. As you all know it is March and we love March Madness, well Bre does. We discuss the excitement that it brings and how you just never know who will come out victorious because anything can happen. Lastly we discuss the disrespect that women during the tournament have received with their lack of workout equipment versus the men. Its really sad that in 2021 that women are still not treated equally when are they if not better but are also great at their respective sport. 

From Retirement to March Madness

On this weeks episode we give a shoutout to Maia Chaka who will be the first black women to officiate games in the NFL. We also slightly touch on Blake Griffin and how he will be joining the the Brooklyn Nets for the remainder of the NBA season. Why is everyone going to Brooklyn and is this a good match? The remainder of the episode we gave a breakdown of this years NBA All Star game. Due to cover the entire weekend was condensed into one day and it kind of was not the same excitement as it usually is. We both agreed that we were happy that the game was still set in the same format as last year where the winning team was the first to reach 170 or more points. Overall it was a good game with good events and hopefully next year it can be returned back to full strength. 

NBA All Star 2021

On this weeks episode we discuss Tim Tebows retirement and congratulate him on that. We touch on the Australian Open that took place and how Naomi Osaka beat Serena Williams in the semi-finals and ultimately went ahead and won her 4th Australian Open. During the discussion we touched on could Serena be close to retiring? What do you think? Vicki D and Bre kind of disagreed. Lastly we discussed this years 2020 NBA All Star game that will be taking place in Atlanta. Everything is being condensed into one day instead of 3 days. Will having this game cause covid issues? Let us know how you feel!

Tim Tebow, Naomi Osaka and NBA All Star

On this weeks episode we discussed the Super Bowl game between the Chiefs and Buccaneers. Congratulations to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on winning and also congrats to Tom Brady on securing his 7th ring. Overall however we felt as if the game was very lackluster including halftime. We briefly touch on the NBA All Star game that will be taking place this year in Atlanta and how many key players want to opt out for key reasons. We discuss trades and changes that are happening within our hometown Cardinals team. Lastly we discuss we discuss the trade that is sending Derrick Rose to the New York Knicks. 

Super Bowl 2021

On this weeks we discuss the Superbowl game that is approaching between the Buccaneers and the Chiefs. We agree that this matchup is going to come to experience or youth. We both give our predictions on who we think will come out victorious. We lightly touch on NBA All Star voting and how that is currently open so please make sure you vote. We discuss Candace Parker and how after 13 seasons she will be taking her talents to Chicago with the Chicago Sky. Lastly we talk about the 1 year anniversary passing of Kobe Bryant and how that loss is still impacting player and people today. 

Superbowl Predictions and Remembering Kobe

On this weeks episode we discussed career highs that certain players achieved during the week thus far. We gave shoutouts to Steph Curry, Bradley Beal and Gordon Hayward who all had career highs. While discussing Bradley Beal we began to wonder does Bradley need a new or does the key players around him have to step it up more? We also touched on Kyrie Irving and his sudden absence from recent games. Articles stated that it was due to a personal matter, some stated he was upset about what happened at the Capitol or maybe he just needed a day. Which do you believe? If you haven't heard Lebron wants to buy the Atlanta Dream from Kelly Loeffler and if you ask us, he should!

Happy New Year!! On this episode we give you all a preview of whats to come for us in 2021. We discuss whats been happening since the season began in the NBA. We give Becky Hammon a shoutout for being able to coach her first NBA game when Pop got evicted. Vicki D talks about how great LaMelo has been playing and how the matchup between him and his brother will be amazing to watch. We give our thoughts on teams who we thought would running through teams but they aren't at the moment. Is LBJ the GOAT or does he still have a ways to go? 

We Back! 2021 Preview

On this weeks episode we discussed the WNBA Champions the Seattle Storm and also the NBA Champion the Los Angeles Lakers. We give a shoutout to both Sue Bird and Lebron James who both won championships in their 17th year of playing. We discuss the World Series matchup between then Los Angeles Dodgers and the Tampa Bay Rays. Lastly we discuss Dak Prescott and his injury and how we are wishing up a speedy recovery and a lot of positive light.  Now that basketball is over, the question is what will next season look like in the NBA with certain players returning from injury. What conference will be tougher to compete in, East or West?
