Our end is split into 2 parts, the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious part is the part we think with. It is the part of our mind that we control. It is the part you "hear" inside your head when you think. The subconscious is the part responsible for our automatic actions and reactions. It takes care or your heartbeat, breathing and immune system. It is also responsible for our "automatic reactions". What do I mean by that? The subconscious is like a computer. It can be programmed and executes those programs automatically. This is why many times we can simply act without thinking. But you can also use your conscious mind to reprogram your subconscious. We are told to have a daily routine, and although having certain "rituals" can help us to focus and move forward routine is not a good idea. Routine leads to boredom. When you are bored your brain stops counting what you are doing as something interesting and dosa'e remember it. If you were to think about what you did last week, does anything stand out, or is there nothing special that jumps out at you?  If you have no special memories then you are probably repeating the same things day after day. Get up, go to work, get tired, go home, eat, watch tv then sleep. That's why your life doesn't feel special. You are doing nothing out of the ordinary. Take the routine out of your day, it’s killing you.

Truth can either be subjective or objective. An objective truth is something that is true, always, everywhere and for everybody. An example of objective truth is the we are born and will die here in this planet. A subjective truth is something that is true for one person but not necessarily true for another. Belief is a subjective truth. The problem with subjective truth is when it is misinterpreted as objective truth.
