Either we want a change in our life, we want ourselves to change, we want a enw career, a new life style a new us, we need new habits to become our part and some habits to move out.  We start with intention and we add "because" 's and we are good to go.

Hey yo, How are you today? I am sitting in my studio/office and talking with you. Lİfe has its own rhythm so dancing and talking. Urbanscape or else, you name. I am jelling into the new me. Enjoying being in my own space, thinking like me. It gets in the way to be doubtful, it is only us who can judge us. I have high heels I never wear, I like buying them I think they look great.   Being an artist is a different way of living. It is about feelings, about conveying, transforming a feeling with our craft. The body is a vessel, blow me up.

Yes, God exist. We always see and feel its existence. God is everywhere, in everything and we are part of that system. When we look into Abrahamic religions and there spirituality based religions, including the Paganism, we hear a certain type of interpretation. It is good to find our own answers through researching historical evidence as well as taming our mind and body in order to be more receptive to the energy flows. God is not a third or 4th entity that sits above us, nor we should look inward to find it. The best way is to become hollow through taming, learning to control our emotions and behaviors so the divine infinity energy could expand. I look forward to hearing your reviews, your views. Does God Exist? What does Abrahamic languages and other Spiritual resources say? How do we know God exist?

There is previous 3 recordings before this one which I didn't publish them in the end but this seems like wanting to be published as it has been refusing to be deleted from the list.  I believe, depression is about not having a strategy and desire to achieve something or feeling as if forced to do the things that is not in our heart. Taking back our desire to have a better life and understanding that it is only us who can make that change is the way to beat and win the fight.  Go for it. Life is beautiful with each step we take.

I am going to try to explain 40 years in 10 mins. Before I start, it might be easier to know a couple of things in prior. The first is: The images for the slites are my photography and paintings. I use them to give a better understanding of my story through the progression of my work. The works here date between 2009-2019. They are almost chronological order. The second is: I grow up in a house of grief so as my brother but we are very different two people. I was born with a sense of void, he was with a gift of warmth. The third is: I was born with a sense of void and love of walnuts. I have known this fact since I am aware of anything in this world. I am here to tell you the story of a hero. I am bringing you the knowledge I harnessed during my journey of finding the reasons of that void. I shaped my life around it. As usual hero stuff, I fought with monsters and many creatures. I saw mermaids, found treasures. I am here to tell you my story. This is the feather I brought form the underworld. To show the way that my mind works: I am a chemical engineering BS and masters degree, MBA. I worked in textile factories as an engineer. Once, I was the youngest female manager at male-dominated factories. The beginning of the story: My birth: I was born with a void in me and love of walnuts. Since the beginning, I remember those two facts about me. At the age of 4, I recognize myself eating walnuts from a pack and wondering if anyone else feels the way I did. When I was 27, those two were still living with me. I had to do something. This is how my void looks like if we could see through me. A black and white gritty of a dark tunnel. I quit my job, packed and moved away. Start of the heroes journey. I was determined to figure out what the heck was going on. I realized all other people were simply different than I was. They were happy, jolly and even content. I was restless, dark and a form of an addict. I was most happy in dark, noisy, industrial places. I must have done something to change that. I came to Sheffield. Why Sheffield, because I knew someone here. Now I am in Sheffield, burned my bridges back home, knowing 50 English words, trying to get a job, prove my worth. This painting is oil on canvas, 150cm x 100cm. The first 5-6 years were an education. There is nothing could surprise me at this point in my life. The wrongs and rights are demolished so I rebuilt them. During this period, I painted tens of paintings. The only couple survived as I had nowhere to store them. The rest, not even have any photos, went to skips. This is one of the paintings my friend Maud rescued from the skip pile within seconds.

It is important to know that you are not the only one who is scared. Most of us do. I am more terrified than another person from seeing myself scare.  In life, new horizons are not scary, and being alone either. It is the in between things that we are told to, it is feeling that we can't do things, it is knowing that we have to live in somewhere we don't want is scary. The way to break lit our room when the light bulb is broken is to change the bulb, and to know what we need to change the bulb.

My self image was so poorly. I have always been fit, I mean, super fit, and now over the two-four years, I realize I am good looking, funny, bubbly, stylish and bubbly. But in the past, I thought of myself as the ugliest person, and nobody ever want to get involved with me. Now with the gain of myself image through the lens of intellect, my own knowing, I am aware that it is not true. I saw my friend in my dream last night. Seeing how she carried a cycling padded outfit, I realise, the beauty and self confidence is a projection of our achievements and they don't always have to be money oriented. The Know TheSelf. We carry massive stones from the past within our meory and our body. To deal with them accordingly will sort out our thinking habits. In the back of our mind, there is a background operating system which works in its own silence. Our behaviours indicators of what that operating system is doing. Constant thinking about the past and future means, the background operator is still dealing with some major issues from the past without our knowledge. That is the habit we practice. We can break that.

Everybody says is so easy, "We are all connected", and I wonder, "How". I am exploring this theme of being connected by thinking small on quantum level and thinking as rational consequences.  I want to thank to that "lady" "woman" for buying me 2 scoops of ice-cream when I was tired and counting my 5-10 penes, for making her Random act of kindness and making my hear feel like a burning coal. A deep love, connection feels like the best thing in the world, it is hot, embracing, alive. We are all connected

6- Exploring "We Are All Connected"

Infinite number of possible lives we can live. It is a stack of decisions we make, choices we choose creates the new possibilities and combination of all these gives us an infinite number of possible lives that we could/can have. In this vastness, we choice to be who we are. It is a constant negotiation with our mind and our emotions to decide what to be and become. Small changes accumulate to become big. Who you are is your choice is becoming.  "I" is ever changing and growing. "I" or "self" is a product of these negotiations we make with ourself every given moment.
