Human beings are so caught up with desire that sometimes we wish ourselves away from what is happening right now, here in the moment. Continually chasing the cheese, actually sends the cheese further away from us. What is truly required to achieve your dreams and to sink your teeth into the beloved cheese (vegan of course!) is to be here right now, with where you are at and what is happening. Its a simple formula that may sound counter intuitive to achieving your dreams, but it works. And it is this: * In order to get there (your dreams, visions & desires) * You must be here (be with where you are at, the pain, the uncomfortable, the frustrated places) As we are able to bring our full awareness to the place inside of us, that wishes it was somewhere else, we are able to return to the present moment. And as we fully arrive in the present moment, all the hardness and stickiness of resistance starts to melt away. Why does it melt away? Because it is getting exactly what it needed... Love. Attention. Presence. And this is the great solvent to melt away any resistance. Once your resistance to the present moment is released, you discover more energy, more capacity, more capability and more inspiration! Then guess what!!?! You get to bring all this extra energy to your dreams, goals and visions! This then moves you at rapid speed toward your destination. So instead, of resisting, complaining, regretting and feeling frustrated with not having all your desires met. Instead embrace exactly where you are. Bring your love and presence to it, melt the resistance with your awareness.... and put your jet pack on because you are about to shoot for the stars!

Having self-love is one of the hardest things human beings struggle with, yet it is the number one thing that will both save us individually and the world.
