DW115: 5 Reasons You Want to Be a Trailblazer

Have you been feeling like you can’t find time for self-care? In this episode, Stefani Chies shares her story of leaving her job to choosing her passion for makeup and clean skincare. She also talks about her skincare journey and how cleaner and safer products helped her and even her clients. You'll probably relate to how we talked about the importance of selfcare (even of our children and husbands!) Stefani Chies has been into makeup artistry since high school. In 2013 she made the switch to cleaner, safer products and never looked back. There weren't as many options back then compared to what is available now. Her passion for safer products has led her to where she is today and her clients are loving it. Stefani specializes in makeup and hair for weddings and photoshoots using cruelty-free, toxin-free products. She also does lash lifts, lash extensions, and beauty education. Over the past few years, she also started selling toxin-free, clean products and loves educating people on the benefits. Skincare is an important part of her self-care routine. Having good skin was something she never had. Through her teens and early 20's, she suffered from acne, mostly cystic, and cleaner products are the only ones that actually benefited without drying her skin out which caused scarring. Since the switch, the scarring healed and disappeared, her complexion is even, and she can confidently not wear foundation anymore! Finding the right products for your face and body can make a massive difference. Even if you think your products are okay for your skin, there could be something better out there, you just never know. DW113: What's it like being a Business Leader and a Parent?

In creating these strategies, Monika targets clients’ unique skills and gifts to help clients make the most of their strengths to build self-confidence, relationships, health, and wellness – everything needed to achieve long-lasting change. Monika is a Certified Personal Trainer, Business Owner in Nutritional Supplementation, Blogger focused on 50+ Women, and a Natural Foods Nutrition Guru. She has also helped dozens of women navigate the emotional and physical effects of Breast Implant Illness and the rebuilding of self after an explant, having gone through the process herself.  Meeka Cassie After two decades of modeling in front of the camera and altering her body to look the way the world told her to, including breast implants, she started to get sick and left the industry. Years of the toxicity leaching into her body was aging her faster and slowly shutting her body down leaving her with memory issues, joint pain, fatigue, skin rashes multiple misdiagnoses all costing her quality of life and intimacy in her marriage. She spent so much time studying how to heal herself and others. She became a certified nutritionist. Changing her diet helped a lot but she was still having symptoms. Since having her toxic breast implants removed, she got her confidence back and more importantly her health.
