Mollie Hughes is an amazing human being who has taken on some of the most challenging expeditions possible including scaling Everest from both sides (youngest woman to ever do it) and her latest feat of skiing 700 miles to the South Pole pulling a 105kg sled behind her. This episode we discuss the training and mindset needed for completing such amazing physical endeavours.We also discuss negative thoughts and how to overcome them to put you back onto a positive path. This transfers over to "normal" life as well.
