The Barboza Method and Sync Yoga + Cycle

Devon gets her butt kicked in a StairMaster class while Nicole does Hot Yoga in a strip mall. Did we love it or hate it? 

Bunda and Earth's Power Yoga

Nicole tries another cycling studio and Devon twerks her body in a cardio based fitness class. Find out what they though in this weeks episode.
