This is not easy to share, but I feel moved to share it because I want to contribute to the movement of normalizing mental health issues so that we no longer feel alone or misunderstood. This is actually me pulling out of a major depression episode as mentioned at the start of this audio. One of the ways that I am learning to heal and strengthen my power is by first finding acceptance with the things that I always felt debilitated me. Learning to understand my triggers and what happens to me when I spiral into an episode, and most importantly learning to forgive myself through it all.
