Karen became self employed 2.5 years ago, having previously worked for 12 years at a content creation company in a senior role. Her time running Goodness Marketing has been challenging, but she's thoroughly enjoying doing 'good' in the world which is a key value of hers. Apart from making an impact in her work, she is very involved in community events, political protests, panels etc.  Her energy, commitment and enthusiasm is inspiring.  We also talk about the events that Karen and I run together and the magic we both love putting out into the world. Fresh Walks is networking whilst walking. Founder Michael Di Paola stumbled upon this fantastic idea for an event in 2014.  He tried it out on a whim and soon became fascinated by the positive and life enriching effects it had on both himself and other attendees. We talk about all the many benefits of walking, including the spirituality that being outside in nature evokes in people. Jill Jennings is a photographer and a friend of mine.  I've always admired her bold, bright, arty photography.  In this interview I got to find out more about her influences and the fascinating twists and turns of her 30 year photography career.
