A few weeks ago I celebrated a year since I started this podcast and today is the last episode of the season, which is not so much a season. At the end of September, after a year long podcasting I decided to take a break and start over again in 2021 but with all that has happened this year, I felt compelled to share the last episode of 2020 to talk about this incredible year. As we our energies are on a hype for what's going on in the world and because this year is finally almost over, I want to remind you to assess 2020 before kissing it goodbye. This year has been the most challenging, difficult and painful we have ever had and aside from the global situation, on an individual level we have all suffered some major change in life. In this episode I talk about the importance of acknowledging and understanding the lessons that have been brought to us. We have had to make changes and take actions in a way that we could not ever think about and this has changed us deeply so what can we take away from this? How did we handled the fears that surfaced through the year? How did we handled ourselves. As I walk you through ways to wrap up this year and assess it, so that you can objectively move forward, I share some of my person experience over the year that forced me to do things I swore I would never do but that, funnily enough, have brought me into alignment. Some of you might still have some feelings still linger over and some others of you might be anxious about meeting family for Christmas. However you feel, if you feel there is still something hold you back and you feel its time to release it, I talk about the Christmas Spiritual Tool Box, my gift to you, to end this 2020 in the best way possible, happier, higher. I strongly believe in the power of listening to yourself and taking even the smallest steps to move forward. This will cause a shift in your whole being, emotionally, personally, mentally and energetically. Looking at all the stories that I have shared and working with my clients, I can see a pattern. We all go through a traumatic event before we awaken ourselves to our own power, in trying to heal from this we understand that emotional healing is crucial to be able to connect to your intuition, manifest your vision, find and maintain success and abundance. In today’s episode I am interviewing Lindsey Ray, aka Rayelle, aka Olly Anna, American singer, songwriter and Producer.   Lindsey always knew she wanted to be a singer and was lucky to have a family and community to support her in making her dream come true. When she was in her 20ies she was discovered on My Space and invited to New York to sign a deal with a major record company but just as she approached New York she fell into tears because something inside of her told her that thatwas not what she wanted, the type of person she would had to be was not aligned to who she was and she turned back.   She was told she had blew her only shot to become successful.   Lindsey started over and went on singing at weddings but when her dad passed away, she packed her stuff and moved to LA and that’s where her life changed and her career as a singer, songwriter and producer started.   Following her intuition is something that Lindsey talks about often during the interview and again it comes back strongly when she talks about how she is a singer.   Her singing career starts as herself, Lindsey Ray but as she says, she was getting bored and created other two personas, Rayelle and Olly Anna. With them she has different styles but they all represent authentic parts of herself where she can feel different, from badass to playful to more soulful. Her music is empowering, badass, positive, soulful and dreamy.   This is something that singers are never able to do and they combine different styles in one persona but again, for Lindsay that was just something she felt called to do and that felt right, so she went for it.   We talked about following her intuition, her creative process, the challenges of trusting yourself when you are starting out and you are surrounded by expert that tells you what to do but that doesn’t feel right.   We talked about breaking through the limitations that other people put on ourselves and the importance to take chances to make our dreams come true.   We also talked about spirituality and how Lindsay feels that her music is a message she channels to inspire and empower women.   Lindsey, Rayelle and Olly Anna’s songs have all become successful, in fact you can find them as soundtracks in a long list of TV programmes, movies and commercials available on her website. In today’s episode I am interviewing Manuela Powell, a mindset coach.   As a lot of women of her generation, growing up in Brasil the career choice was revolving around the “good job” so Manuela decided to go into business school, but a month in she starts dreaming of being a doctor. As the dream persisted for 2 weeks and she felt that was her, she dropped out business school and went on to later become a doctor for real. Manuel tells us how she loved being a Doctor she became a cancer surgeon dealing with breast cancer and dedicated part of her life to this career. Everything was going well until her mum had a chat with her, Manuela was approaching 40 and her mum wanted to reminder her that if she wanted to have kids it was time to slow down and concentrate on something else.   Manuela already knew that was the time and she had a plan in mind, she didn’t need a man to have a child but, the universe had other plans. As she took time off she also met her now husband.   Life changed so much for Manuela in the space of a few years and after the second kid she knew she would have not gone back to be a surgeon and while she was trying to figure out what else she could do she stumbled across life coaching and again she knew.   We talk about this inner knowing and the courage to follow that feeling that doesn’t need further research or exploration and that allows you to make the right decision, even if it’s difficult to explain this to others.   We talk about what women face and the emotional rollercoaster that women go through after having become a mum and that feeling of not knowing yourself anymore, as this is what Manuela helps women with.   Manuela’s story is confirmation when you listen to your intuition and you take action upon it, everything aligns.   Listen to the full episode to know how she overcame her struggles and limiting beliefs and she is now doing what she love and always wanted to do.   Available on itunes, spotify and my YouTube Channel.   Get in touch! In today’s episode I am Diane Foy, a Publicist, Podcaster and Coach for musicians and artists.   Diane always knew she wanted to work with musicians and artists and that’s how she got into photography. Taking pictures of musicians was her way t be close to the kind of people she wanted to work with but realised that was not making here enough money so she moved to another city and found a job at Mac Cosmetics. For a while she was happy as she was able to express her creative side anyway and she loved the environment but when things started to change she found herself craving that need to work with musicians and artists again and despite the fear of leaving her secure job, she decided to go back to school. At the end of her course she became a publicist but being a freelance was a rollercoaster because you went through period of a lot of work and then nothing for a while. The doubt and fear of security often crippled in and Diane found herself wondering if maybe a full-time job would have been better. Even with the struggle, she knew deep inside that working for someone else was not the solution, and even when she tried she couldn’t find anything because, as she says, deep within she really didn’t want to. She then attends a course about coaching and she finally realised that was the kind of job she had always been looking for because it would have given her the possibility to work closely with musician and really make a difference in their lives. My hope is that you will resonate with one or all of them and their story will get you to take-action to change your life, and finally go after your dreams.   In today’s episode I am talking about how intuition can show up in surprising ways and how to make sure you recognised her messages.   In my personal experience I have learnt that in order to be able to receive messages from my intuition, I need to stay open. Messages might come in ways we don’t expect and therefore you might feel confused or not even realised that a quote that you saw randomly, a song, or other things might actually have a message for you. But what stops us? First of all, fear. When we are afraid and we don’t make conscious decisions to snap out of it, our intuition will have a hard time getting through because your focus is on the fears rather than on trying to find a way to feel better, be more open. You might be having dreams, physical pain, see numbers and other signs but your perception will keep you in the negative and therefore you won’t be able to receive. We all go through bad moments and making a commitment to yourself to keep your vibration high is the best way for you to allow the universe to help you getting in the right direction. My hope is that you will resonate with one or all of them and their story will get you to take-action to change your life, and finally go after your dreams.     In this episode I am interviewing Jennifer Major, organise coach.   Jennifer starts talking about her experience growing up, how from the beginning she was interested in Psychology but how figuring out that would have taken too long and she wanted to have a family made her change her mind and shift to a safer and easier option that led her in HR.   Jennifer had gone through all the certification and she was good at her job but she missed the fun and fulfilment. After a while she transitioned to become a consultant and that’s when she had her first experience as an owner of her own business, but even that route was not what she wanted.   Thanks to her friends that kept her saying she was good at organising and that she should have started pursuing that road, Jennifer decided to give it a go and her business grew by word of mouth because she was so passionate and good at it.   However, for Jennifer it was a weird idea at first since she loved organising so much that she couldn’t understand how people would want to pay for it.   We talk about the thoughts that go through women’s mind when they think about what they can or cannot achieve.   We talk about this need that women have to add certifications and certification on in order to teach what they love and how there seem to be this constant feeling of not enough.   Thankfully Jennifer career picked up and she now enjoys helping her clients organising their home and their lives. My hope is that you will resonate with one or all of them and their story will get you to take-action to change your life, and finally go after your dreams.   In this episode I am interviewing Alex Matteo, a Broadway actress and host of Pull it together Podcast.   Alex is a Broadway Actress and tells us that music and art have always been part of her family and that when she realised that people acting was a career she knew there was nothing else she would rather do.   Becoming an actress was a no brainer for her and she was lucky to have a supporting family.   However, Alex tells us that during her Saturn return, she will explain what that is, she felt this need to also do something else, a new passion has arisen and she felt that even if her career was doing good and she was happy to be an actress, she wanted more.   She had started listening to podcasts and she loved the idea but at the beginning she was afraid to be seen as ungrateful, almost as if wanting to branch out and start her podcast while happily enjoying and working as an actress could be seen as not appreciating her acting career.   She says that she was afraid that “the lord of theatre” as she calls it, would have taken her career away if she started also doing something else. Finally, the universe aligned things for her and she embarked in this new adventure.   Her podcast is called Pull it together, a podcast for women redefining what it means to be a creative on their own terms. My hope is that you will resonate with one or all of them and their story will get you to take-action to change your life, and finally go after your dreams.   In this episode I am interviewing Tracey Gazel, who is a lighworker guide, helping women heal their sensitivity and energy and step into their purpose as a healer.   Tracey’s journey starts when her dad passes away, she starts hearing him talking to her as if he was right besides her about things she was doing right then.⁠   After the initial freak out she starts to have daily conversations with and through meditation as well and that’s where she starts seeing figures, auras. My hope is that you will resonate with one or all of them and their story will get you to take-action to change your life, and finally go after your dreams.   In this episode I am interviewing Lizzie Moult, Spiritual and Business life coach, Serial Entrepreneur, World traveller and Modern Day Wild Hippie   Lizzie was born to be an entrepreneur. Since she was young, despite studying to become a graphic designer she quickly learnt that being in an office was not for her. After traveling for a bit, once back in Australia she started her first business at the age of 23.   At that time, she was made fun of as that was seen as a way to not really take responsibility over a career and a secure job path.   Lizzie was able to pull it off, enjoying being what we now call a multi passion entrepreneur. Those experiences over the years taught her so much about starting and growing a business that people started to ask her to coach them.   We talk about her life in the country growing food, being a travel addict and blogger, all the many businesses she had and what it means to be able to create a business out of what you love.   We also talk about what it means leaving a home and a business that make you so happy to follow your husband and keep the family together. Challenges that come from the exterior can have an impact on us as much as challenges that come from the interior and this can take us off track and make us feel lost, confused, frustrated and anxious.   In this episode I talk about the importance of really knowing what you want. Often times we think we want something but that might not be what we really want as too often we get conditioned by what is expected of us and what others think we want.   I give you tips on how to make sure that you are clear on what you want, and you feel ok with the emotions that might come up.   Once that is clear in order to make sure you align yourself or you keep yourself aligned even when something else might take you off track is to know what are your core values.   Knowing your core values is essential to make sure you take the right action based on what you really want.   Those two steps are important to make sure that if something happens, you are able to get back on track after you have worked through the obstacle or that you are able to adjust your goal if things change.   If you are feeling stuck, confused, frustrated and you feel like you have lots direction, this episode is for you.   The full episode is available on itunes, spotify and my YouTube Channell.   Get in touch! My hope is that you will resonate with one or all of them and their story will get you to take-action to change your life, and finally go after your dreams.   In this episode I am interviewing Kerry Kott, Physician of oriental medicine and alchemist.   Kerry’s story starts when she was 19 and a college student, doing what most students do at time, have fun! Just she was hunted by a sharp pain, and after trying to hide it, it got to a point where Kerry had to tell her parents and see doctors who started to give her advice on how to resolve the issue and how her life was going to be but Kerry knew there was something not right, knew that what she was boing told wasn’t it and she kept searching for alternatives. As she says, she didn’t know what but she would have known once she saw it.   She met this doctor who was a kinesiologist and did a lot of different test, Kerry didn’t know or understand what he was doing but she knew that was right, it felt right and she was right because she followed his advice and started to feel better.   This was a sort of awakening for Kerry, as she went back to get her college degree she realised that, becoming an accountant was not what she wanted to do. She only had 3 months left and she drop out and signed up to a Chinese medicine school.   Kerry tells us also how things happened in a way that brought her to find the school in Miami she went to and graduated from.   We talk about this inner knowing that made Kerry followed and that shape her life and still does it.
